    • This is a very soft pillow ( does not come with extra foam), has no chemical smell.
When I first received my pillow it was packaged very well, rolled up tightly in plastic. On opening pillow there was no strong smell and the pillow was very flat. I put it in the dryer to fluff it up and put it into the pillow case that came with the pillow. The instructions said if the pillow doesn’t seem high enough to put it into the included pillow case which holds the stuffing tighter together making the pillow higher. There was not any extra foam included in the package which I thought there was so that height adjustments could be made. I am a side and back sleeper so I like a soft fluffy pillow that doesn’t flatten out through the night. After sleeping on the pillow for the first time I had a few issues with nerves being pinched in my neck so the next night I removed the pillow case and didn’t have any problems with nerves getting pinched in my neck. This pillow has a 100 day trial and a 5 year warranty so I am going to give it more time to determine if this is the right pillow for me. ... show more

I love this pillow! I was skeptical at first but I have found the perfect pillow. The pillow is stuffed!!! I wasn't sure that it would work for me because it was so full. The beauty is that you can open the pillow and remove any amount of the stuffing that you would like to! It's like getting your own customized cooling pillow! I have "run hot" my entire life and my head gets sweaty at night. It hasn't happened once since I bought this pillow! I sleep better and don't have to worry about a sweaty head! The pillow is made well and is of high quality. I would highly recommend this! I never thought I would write a review about a pillow, but this deserves a 5+ star review! ... show more

The best pillow I've ever had. Groye Cooling Shredded Memory Foam pillow has excellent fluffiness, comfort, and cooling properties. Compared to other pillows I've used, I can adjust the loft according to my sleeping position. Resting my head on Groye Cooling Shredded Memory Foam Pillow from the first day I received it, I have no more neck pain. It is the best pillow I had the pleasure to lay my head on. I am typically a back sleeper, but I sometimes sleep on my side. However, it doesn't matter with this pillow because I wake up without neck pain. I have not slept so well in ages!     • Doesn't cool as advertised
I thought it was cooling. I made it a firmer pillow by putting the cover on it. But as to cooling I think it only works for a short time. When waking up as I do several times a night it is warm. Wouldn't buy again. The reply to this review was great. I got a credit and Celina's service very good.

    • This pillow is heavenly, but it is not a Stay-Cool pillow.
This pillow is fantastic, but I bought it thinking it would be one of those Stay-cool pillows that's always the cold side, it warmed up as soon as I put my head on it. So, if you're getting this pillow cause you think it's a Stay-cool pillow, it is not.

Truly an amazing pillow. Last pillow I purchased from the same mattress sellers and it turned out to be too firm and way to high. For the last 40 years, Groye’s Bed Pillow is by far one of the best pillows I have ever purchased. What a great bedtime feel!

I have rather severe neck and shoulder injuries so I need careful support, and I love this pillow! No smell (offgas). Easy to customize by simply removing some filling. Simply the best pillow I've ever tried. Quality product.
