We’ve had this for about a year and use it to heat up the water for our baby’s formula. It boils very quickly and then will reduce the temp to the desired setting so it stays warm all day/night! Just need to wash kettle and refill the water. I’m blown away by the customer service! The glass kettle was accidentally knocked over and shattered recently and I emailed the company to see if I could purchase just the glass kettle since I still have the base, and they sent me an entire new kettle and base for free and it arrived just a couple days after I emailed them! I was more than willing to pay for another kettle because we loved it so much, but how awesome that they sent a whole new one to us. Very pleased and excited to use it again!

Only had it about a week but so far I love it. To fill it up and for it heat up to the right temp for my baby’s formula takes less than a minute maybe 30 seconds. When the water gets low all I have to do is refill, I don’t need to press any buttons. It is in Celsius but it does have a chart converting the temps to F but you set it once and you’re good to go. It does take a little longer to boil and once it reaches boiling temp it starts to go back down to the preset temp, which can be good or bad depending on why you’re boiling the water. Personally the only thing I’d change the Celsius vs F. Other than that it’s as simple as simple gets. No forgetting to turn it on, which is a huge win in my book because if possible I would forget to turn it on, not like I’d matter because of how quick it gets up to temp though. If it malfunctions, will report back.

This is the 3rd kettle we've used for formula and so far its been working great with no residue or build up at the bottom. This was very important to us when picking a formula kettle. Its easy to use and cools the water down fairy quickly. We've really had no problems over the last 2 months. We've also packed it to take on trips.

Love this kettle. Our baby likes to drink warm formula and this kettle boils water in minutes and keeps it warm at the specific temperature at all times. Huge time saver and makes life so much easier at night. Holds good amount of water that lasts us all day. Overall a good quality kettle with no issues so far.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this is such a good item I feel compelled to write one. We’ve had ours for over 3 years, and it has been on constantly since we bought it (minus a few days/weeks when we are out of town, etc.). It still works great, holds temp great, boils water quickly. The LED display is showing some wear and tear, but again after daily use for 3 years I would expect this.

I bought this for when we went camping. I was so excited that I get to make my coffee and I tested it out at home and it worked perfectly and the morning after we woke up camping. I started to make my coffee and it turned on for a few seconds, and then turned off. And never turned back on again. We even tried it when we got home to make sure it wasn’t something we did wrong. Nope didn’t work at home either so I would not recommend this product which I was really sad that I couldn’t have my coffee, but camping was amazing so that that’s all that matters.

An electric kettle is the most useful product I'd recommend to any parent for formula fed baby. It's a life saver when you have to make a bottle in the middle of night. Even after our baby didn't need it anymore we still use it all the time to just have some warm water handy for making tea. When we had our 2nd child we decided to buy another kettle from Grownsy. We have a bottle sterilizer from this brand and were quite happy with it and also their product comes with warranty. The quality of the kettle seems nice and it's easy to use. We had no problem for a long time and I actually bought another for my mother in law for xmas. However, the kettle did start leaking a little after about 11 months of use. We realized that tiny amount of water is dripping down from the bottom of the base at a very slow rate. We couldn't figure out why so we contacted Grownsy's customer service with a video and some photos. They were quick to respond and said our kettle was defective and they'd replace it with no charge. We appreciate that the level of customer service and would overall recommend their products and the company.
