I'm somewhat new to this coffee roast in the past few months, and I really like it! I like darker roasts, and this one is the perfect balance between medium and dark. It has a great mouthfeel. Plus, it's organic. Very happy to be able to find it on Amazon (I discovered it in Whole Foods). I hand-grind it every day to make pour-over coffee with it, and every cup has been delicious. I grind it finer than most people for pour overs, so I get a lot of warm, rich flavor from it, and it's not too oily!

This is the only coffee I buy nowadays. I usually purchase them through Groundworks directly when they have a special going. However, without a special, the price on Amazon is a little less. My guest always comment on the delicious taste. They laugh when I whisper the name, "Bitches Brew."
