  • Better than expected!!
Size: 12 Tiles Color: Nature Grey
Installed 2 rolls in my cab over camper & I must say, this stuff works great. Sticks well, easy to lay, & has a clean finish look to it. Even had to redo a few tiles & they removed easily with no residue or peeling of old laminate. 5 stars as of install. Time will tell how it holds up now.

  • Easy peasy quick fix
Size: 72 Tiles Color: Smoke Grey
So easy to use! I tore out the guest room carpet and my husband wasn't ready to put down new flooring yet ... so I decided until then I would do a quick inexpensive fix. We both love it! I used a hair dryer to warm up the glue before putting it down to help it stick. Lol I did not go under the carpet or the bed beyond whay you can see- So happy with it ... show more

  • Exceeded expectations, but I didn't use it for flooring...
So I bought these to use for a furniture makeover. Backstory: I have two older Ikea Kallax units in black that I was repurposing from one room to another -- I needed to lighten them up a lot, because I was moving them from bedroom storage to living room storage, and my living room is not big. If I'd have left them black, they'd have shrunk the feel of the room and would look hideous. At first, I considered painting them, but that's messy, the weather is wet and rainy for long stretches, so spray painting outside was out -- no way I was building a tent big enough to contain the spray for something as large as an 8 cube kallax. I then considered wallpaper -- but cutting patterened wallpaper can be tricky for something like a kallax, because if you don't line it up right, it looks terrible. So then, I thought, what about a faux laminating job with peel and stick flooring?? I then set out to find the thinnest peel and stick floor tiles that I could that also came in a light enough color -- I found these, in the color "cotton". This color is basically a really nice warm light gray with darker tones mixed in. Yeah, painting would have cost less, but... the look I got with these is nothing short of stunning -- once I finish re-doing the rest of the room, it'll look amazing. These tiles were easy to cut, easy to stick -- and re-positionable. I laid these out on the frame of the kallax first. Sides, top, then cut them using my leather strap cutter into strips to cover the frame in the front (to do long, straight cuts down the length of a plank, a strap cutter makes fast easy work of it!). I left the back uncovered -- no one's going to see it. Once that was done, it was time to figure out what to do with the door and drawer faces I had on some of the cubes -- I decided to do a chevron pattern, and OMG, I couldn't be happier with how it turned out (see photos). I was able to cut these with my Silhouette die cutting machine into pieces custom designed to make the chevron pattern on the doors and drawer faces. Ratchet blade, longest blade depth (probably overkill), max pressure on the Cameo 3, speed of 2, single pass. Cut like butter and didn't kill the blade, either. The project has been finished for about a week and nothing is peeling off. I made sure to clean each surface carefully right before beginning to stick the tiles down, and the whole thing was easy peasy! I'd possibly consider this stuff for nice looking temporary flooring, too. Not sure how well it'd hold up to high foot traffic in the long term, but damn it looks pretty good right out of the box. I'll let my finished project photos speak for themselves, though. All in all, excellent product for a different purpose than intended! ... show more

  • Should have done this a long time ago
Size: 12 Tiles Color: Taupe
These planks are so easy to work with, I wish I had done this sooner. Used them to cover the crappy old tile on my basement steps and it looks so much better. Make sure you unroll and lay them flat for a few hours if not a couple of days, and if you are using more than one roll make sure to mix the planks and also reverse them. I didn't pay too much attention to this in the beginning but by the time I was doing the landing I made sure to mix them well. (I also realized I needed one more roll; it was definitely a different shade and grain so if doing a large area maybe stagger your orders to get different prints and shades.) I used kitchen scissors or a razor knife to cut them no problem. You can etch/crease them to match edges and cut with scissors or fold into corners and cut with the knife. I'm mostly worried about longevity but I have extra planks that I can use to replace if needed. They aren't so sticky that you can't pull them up if your placement is off but they stick enough that they aren't moving or coming up. I'd use them again as of now...even contemplating doing the living and dining room. My husband will probably say no to that one. ... show more

  • Paper thin! Would not use this as flooring!!!
Size: 36 Tiles Color: Dustgray
I don’t know how anyone is using this as flooring! I’ve used vinyl planks before in my kids rooms and bathroom and they turned out absolutely beautiful! But they’re at least 4x thicker! I bought these thinking they’d be the same just a different color. Now I’m not sending them back because I am using them on two walls in our 1/2 bath, not on the floor. Since these are more like lightly textured wallpaper planks anyway, it might work out ok. I’ll update my review when I have the project done. Just felt people that read reviews should have a straight forward review to read. Even with the thicker more durable planks I’ve used, I use floor glue. I don’t trust the sticky on these. For these thin ones, I bought spray adhesive. I did try spray adhesive at first on the floor planks but those lifted and I had to use the floor glue. But I think the floor glue is too thick to use under these because they are way too thin. You'd probably see raised areas where the glue is. They are also way lighter than I expected. It’s not exactly what I was looking for but I’ll make do. I needed the barn wood blue coloring to go with the part of the house this bathroom is in. It’s far more pastel than expected. My kitchen has a barn wood backsplash with much more vibrant coloring. I wasn’t trying to be too matchy matchy but I was hoping this was closer to the color pictured on Amazon. Giving it 1 star since it is sold as flooring. If it works great on the wall, I will update my review. ... show more

I absolutely love this product. I didn’t anticipate it looking as nice as it did when I started this project and one of my rooms in my home I recommend this to anyone.

  • Excellent DIY option
Size: 12''x630'' Color: Wide Dark Brown
I chose this flooring to give my home a warmer look, and it’s easily the best option I’ve found so far. It is still a work in progress. Installation was simple—I managed it with just an x-acto knife, a plastic spatula, and a paper cutting board. While a few minor bubbles appeared, they were minimal. Overall, I’m very pleased with the results and expect it to hold up well for the next few years. Highly recommened if wanting long term yet temporary change. ... show more
