Lovely shelf unit. The parts are grooved to slide together for assembly. That part was so simple and the shelves are nice and sturdy as well. I was very pleased with my purchase. They provided pictures to help you pop the unit together. It was a little difficult to install, so I gave up on doing it the right way. The beauty of it is the company even includes a little level to help you put it up properly. I think one person install would be a bit difficult--that is if you want it done correctly. Love this shelf. It was super easy to put together, and it looks really nice on the wall. I put some battery operated candles on it and they throw light very pleasantly with all the angles. Some reviews mention it being wobbly or wonky, but mine went together easily and feels quite stable. If one was rough with it while assembling I could see it being bent out of shape, but once it's together it's fairly locked in. Make sure you put it together like the pictures. You can feasibly put the squares in opposite places and that may be why some people's felt off. Fairly easy to install, and mine has been sitting nicely for a few weeks with just the included hardware. I will probably buy another I like it so much. ... show more

One shelf came broken, basically unglued or separated at the corners. I was able to grab a couple small screws and fix it. Guessing it happened during shipping. I bought 2 and only one had the issue.
