Super bright LED lights that are low profile for use on a pontoon boat. They look great, are super visible and I am pleased with them. I initially had an issue with the install and the seller was BERY quick to reply and offer guidance.

They are not water proof the shrink tube that was on the wire vibrated off during my trip and shorted out because of water getting in it. Also do not recommend having them in the sun at all because they yellow, crack and get squishy. The adhesive wouldnt be so bad if you only did a straight line however on a boat people have to see your bow lights from the front and the side and they would not stay at the corners at all. First trip out with them and i had to turn in early and get new lights from the same company only this time i got a larger set that came with 2 red and greens and 4 whites. i applied heat to the shrink tube to make it more secure and did not wrap it around a corner just used all of the strips had them for 3 months and the sun destroyed them. They melted, turned yellow and got really dim. I ended up throwing them all out and getting a better set up. ... show more

I put these on a kayak which now has greater visibility than most boats on the lake. I took the kayak out to watch a fireworks show, while i was there the game warden was trolling around writing tickets for no life jacket or no lights. When I saw him motoring toward me I was a little surprised at first, he was smiling and wanted to ask where i got the lights, he wanted to put them on his children's kayaks. I do wish the wire was a little thicker but is is an inexpensive product that works pretty well ... show more

    • Had to drill a small hole into the boat for the wires. Sealed hole with rtf silicone

Work great with these your navigation lights are out of the way and ready all the time so you not digging around or fumbling the put lights into sockets that are rusty. I taped off the area and lightly sanded area. Then cleaned it with brake cleaner before applying light.
