It is inexpensive, and comes with extra fittings. But I wouldn't buy this grease gun again at any price. Between uses, it leaks from the seals. Badly. It's always sticky and making a mess from my red-dyed high temp wheel bearing grease. It has leaked ever since purchase, >2 years. I have 3 other grease guns, for different garages, and which I've used with comparable greases; one gun is 59 years old. Unlike this one, none of them has ever leaked. So if you buy this, also buy a cat litter box and a supply of oil absorbant pads so if it leaks between uses, you won't have a headache. Whatever you do, don't store it in your truck, trailer, RV or toolbox where leaking would be a problem. ... show more

Either the instructions were poorly written or it was defective. Despite following directions, it worked for a few pumps then failed. I cleaned it out and inserted another cartridge. Followed directions to the letter. It worked for a few pumps then failed again. I scooped the grease out of the cartridge and properly hand packed it (no air trapped). Worked for a bit then failed again. The air bleed never worked no matter how often I tried to use it. The materials seem to be heavy duty and not cheap. It appears to be a well-made product. Just wouldn't work for me and led to a mountain of frustration while trying to repack wheel bearings on my trailer. Threw this away and got one that works fine. ... show more
