When I was in high school, I had ACL surgery. I'm 45 now and I still do my best to stay in shape and be athletic. Over the years, I could feel my right knee get tight depending on the weather like when a rainstorm comes when I lived in Florida. Now living in Las Vegas, we get the dry cold in the winter with the wind and before my knee would get tight. Now it's different and I don't feel discomfort as I'm getting older. Since last year I was having issues with my knee, hip area, and low back pain. I'm sure it's because of the surgery and favoring to one side, especially as you age. I have tried many techniques and have found ways that is best for me. I still run and do body weight workouts. I don't lift heavy weight anymore just so I don't get injured. Just lots of Push-ups, lunges, body squats or burpees. What I noticed is I don't feel pain like I used to when I would run, or when my back would tighten up on me. I've been taking the bone marrow for over three months since the product came out. Now I don't experience any discomfort in my knee. I still make sure I foam roll every morning after my run and stretch my hip flexors. The Organ Complex and Bone Marrow is my daily regime. I have taken a lot of different supplements and these two works the best for me. I highly recommend if you're getting older and need something, this is a good combo to have. Don't just do one bottle, expect a miracle, and then call it quits. Give your body time to adjust and trust the process. You still have to work out and eat right if you want results you're seeking. No content listed as Supplemental Facts. For bone regeneration, my Dr recommends Vitamin D (2000 IU) and Calcium (500mcg). This product lists no vitamin or mineral or daily value measurements. In my early analysis, i think I am gaining bone mass. I There is a no return policy for unopened package.

I began to feel better within 2 weeks after starting to take these supplements. It’s made a big difference. The only draw back is that the daily dosage is 6 capsules, and I feel that it’s a lot to swallow! But since they have helped me, I do recommend them!

Before purchasing the bone and joint product, my biggest challenge was dealing with persistent joint pain and discomfort. Despite trying various supplements and remedies, nothing seemed to provide lasting relief. The constant joint pain was frustrating and disheartening. It impacted my daily activities and overall quality of life. I felt limited and often experienced feelings of helplessness due to the persistent discomfort.
