Have only had the grass down for a few weeks. So far so good, but the creases are still visible from how it was folded during shipping. Hopefully once the weather warms up I’ll be able to stretch out the grass and get rid of the creases. Outside of the creases, the grass looks very real and is soft to walk on. Also, there was a hole in the grass that I didn’t see until I had already installed the grass. It looks like the hole was from shipping as it was in two spots that line up with the folds. Luckily the hole wasn’t too big, but if you look closely you can see it. This is a real nice quality turf. It is a bit pricey but we had tried 3 different kinds and this is the best of all 3. It likes and feels like real grass! We used it on our patio deck and it looks great!

I live in Florida and the grass will cut your feet ( or at least feel that way) so I laid 200 sq. feet in the yard for comfort and the family loves it. Warning…it does get hot.
