The media could not be loaded. It came damaged in the same spot of the reviews had. We didn’t notice it until after it was completely assembled & it’s too much of a hassle to return for a refund. Instructions were very vague on some of the holes were not there or explained correctly. It took my daughter and I 3 1/2 hours to put together because we had to take things apart that were not explained well enough. Hopefully it holds up well.

There was a few damages on the side, but overall great TV stand for now. The fireplace does not come with a remote and only displays this color. Very cozy!

I love the final product.....however, building it was time consuming and awkward. There were times that I had put the incorrect peice on the wrong side.....but you can unscrew and redo. I would recommend it as a TV Stand with someone that has patience.

Followed all the directions and pieces did not fit together all the way leaving awkward gaps on the doors. The finish is not the best quality and already peeling off. When I got the box it was also damaged but went with it as it was to much of a hassle to return.

Majority of the pre fab holes for hardware were not accurate. Several issues assembling due to this. Instructions also very vague. Product was mediocre at best. Not worth the money
