After a week of use, here are the key insights that make it stand out: Truly Reversible: The 3-tier shelving unit can be mounted on either the left or the right. I swapped mine during assembly to fit my bookshelf, and the process was straightforward. This is a massive plus for left-handed users or specific room corners. I found it to be extremely ergonomic due to the flexibility of the design. I have my computer where I can reach right over it because my power buttons on the side and then I can set my phone down right on the wireless charging pad and start typing and then my right hand is already at the mouse. I couldn't design a better workflow! Accessories included: love the sturdy metal hooks that were included and the LED light strip and the fact that it can be permanently attached without relying on glue alone. There are multiple colors and effects possible. The sturdy frame also allowed me to clamp my monitor and two lights as well as hang the included metal hooks on the frame. Everything is secure. Dual-Braced Stability: A major highlight is the bracing system. It features structural support on both the main desk and the shelving unit. It feels significantly more stable than other minimalist desks in this price range ($79–$89). Superior Mounting: The LED light strip is secured with mechanical screw-in brackets rather than just adhesive tape, ensuring it stays put long-term. Tactile Quality: The carbon fiber surface is durable and handles heavy equipment without scuffing. Super clear instructions. I found it easy to put it together. I wasn't scratching my head over how to turn the metal frame or anything. They had every little detail on the diagrams and the instruction booklet was nice and large and easy to read. This is important for me because I have low vision. Note on Setup: I'm still working on my cable management, but the open metal frame provides excellent points for routing wires. Despite a minor shipping fluke with the LED remote, the desk itself is structurally flawless and a joy to use.

I got this desk set up for my son and it’s been a really great addition to his room. Between schoolwork, gaming, and everything else teens seem to accumulate, he needed something that could keep all his stuff organized without taking up a ton of extra space, and this does exactly that. The storage is honestly one of my favorite parts. The fabric drawers are perfect for keeping random cords, notebooks, and accessories out of sight, and the shelves easily hold bigger items like his gaming equipment. I also love the built in hook for headphones so they’re not constantly getting tossed on the floor. The RGB lighting was a huge hit with him. He likes being able to change the colors depending on what he’s doing, and it definitely makes his setup feel more personalized and fun while he’s at his desk for longer periods of time. The carbon fiber style top looks really sleek and has held up well so far with everyday use. It wipes clean easily, which is important in a house with kids. Assembly was pretty straightforward too, we had it put together without too much trouble. This has been a solid desk for both homework and gaming, and it’s helped keep his space much more organized. Having a good desk for gaming/working can make a big difference in aesthetics but usability and lets be honest a teens room can always use that. -It came in well packaged in perfect shape with no dents/chips or blemishes. -The assembly instructions were pretty good, everything lined up as it should. -The materials seem well made with the being sturdy and the welds are all clean and strong. -Assembily went just fine enough that the intended teen was able to do it on their own with no issues. -The desk and shelving tops are all sturdy and hold weight without any issues and are easy to wipe down. -The customizable shelf height worked great for his tower where others were too small. -The drawer is fabric and is a bit more limited in the amount of weight it can hold but it does great for the bunch of random light weight stuff that gets accumulated. -The lighting strip was definitely a great addition and works perfectly. Overall it is a well made desk that not only looks great but is holding up to teen use quite well.
