Really like this piece. We took out a side lawn and added mulch and some aggregate rock as well as twelve low water bushes. It looked nice but too “ new” and a little stark. So ordered this as it had a weathered look. I was aiming for a modified English garden look and a feature rather than just a dry garden. Added a white Chinese garden seat and indoor outdoor pillow. Am very happy the way this bench looks, love the color and now we go out and sit in that yard. ... show more

Packaging was not good and some parts did have scratches. None of the scratches went through the powder coat. The directions were very basic but enough to do the assembly. Comfortable and solid construction.

It’s a nice solid bench that will hold 2 people comfortably. The color is a bit off though. I ordered gray and the bench is more brown than gray. It’s a pretty color, but not nearly as gray as I thought it would be.

This is a great looking bench that is easy to assemble if the holes are drilled correctly. Sometimes that happens, that's why I still gave is a 5 start as when I couldn't get the screws to go in and stripped some of them, I contacted them via email (on Amazon) and within a couple of hours I got a response that replacement screws would be sent. Three days later a bench arrived and assembly was a breeze. There are only 8 screws and all eight just screwed right in. The bench is light but very sturdy and strong. I would love for what I order to be perfect the first time, but reality is that sometimes it's not. What counts is a customer service that takes care of the problem without any hassle.
