I bought this on a whim with no reviews on it because it was the only one available for overnight delivery. It did not disappoint! I attached it to my sup board with the included clips (suction cups are also included for fiberglass boards) and it stayed secure all day. I filled the insulated compartment with a hydration bladder, snacks, and a few ice packs. It’s been about 8 hours and everything is still cold. There’s a large mesh pocket inside, and another small one on the outside, which I used to hold my trash. There’s also a dry pocket on the outside which has a loop for holding keys. I had sunscreen, lip balm, & a small towel in there and everything stayed dry throughout the day. This kept my items cold and kept the water out that splashed onto the outside. My kayak didnt have a fully flat surface so the bungees AND the suction cups kept it completely stable while riding on rough waters, never fell off or slid! I was thinking this was a dry bag for the paddleboard but I read the description more closely after receiving the item. It’s a waterproof bag. That means the bag itself might repel water but not that water can’t get in through the zippers (which are coated to prevent but not eliminate water). It does the job of insulating items and giving me a place to store items when I paddleboard but it won’t entirely keep water out, which makes sense considering they are expecting us to dump ice (i.e., water!) and sodas in it. It clips easily to the front bungees on the paddleboard and stores everything we need (food, cell phone, water), and has a few shallow outside pockets. But, other than that, it’s really nothing fancy, and I’m not sure if it’s much better than what I was doing before, which is sliding my backpack under the bungee. It does make access a little easier. I would say overall, I would prefer using this bag over a backpack, but for the price, had I studied this bag in person, I might have just stuck with the backpack. ... show more

Nice cooler for my kayak. The suction cups don't suction to my kayak, maybe it would on a SUP, but I can't confirm that. It also has four hooks that I was able to connect to the brackets on the front of my kayak, worked perfectly. I had 5 or 6 water bottles in it with room for a couple more. It has two pockets on the outside, one mesh and one with a hook for keys, and another mesh pocket inside it. The zippers work smoothly the trim is bright neon yellow and there is a handle on the top for carrying it. I like the cooler but I gave it four stars because of the mounting method. The suction cups just didn't stick very well on my kayak, they tend to pop off while paddling. The secondary system of adjustable cord with clips worked better and I felt more secure. I actually use both systems but will probably be removing the suction cups. What I have been doing is just stowing it behind the seat. It's not water proof totally but holds up well to normal water spray. There is a cool vinyl covering over the zipper that helps a lot. My first time out I just used ice cubes and the water did leak a little so I've changed over to ice packs that work great. It holds the cold long enough for the amount of time I'm usually out on the water. I like it and would buy again. ... show more

Sunny Florida here. We have inflatable kayaks and iSup's, and we also used this at the beach. All od these render the suction cups unusable for our needs. I cannot speak to those but they seem like nice quality. We cut them off but kept them for use elsewhere..not sure where yet but I bet we can find a use. Cold items such as water and ice packs sweat. You will have some sweat even if you just use this inside your AC'd house. It will happen inside the bag. This is not a leak. Hold the item in your hand momentarily outside and you will have a wet hand. It is science. Now that that is out of the way... Took this out on a rough night attached to the front of our kayak. Rough waves (class water rapid rated kayak) and we had a lot of splashing for ships and wind while out for the night watching the bioluminescence. No salt water got inside the bag. None. My phone and keys stayed dry in the nicely made zippered pouch. If it was perfect world...I would maybe make the little compartment slightly larger to fit a large phone and keys with a fob a little easier. Maybe even a second phone? Now this is more of a beverage device than a food device, it is soft walled so water bottles and cans will damage coral bars and such. We have a different bag we'll use for food and drink. Or if you use a small Tupperware inside to protect those items, you'd totally be set. Works great own the beach even in this heat wave in direct sun. The color reflects and keeps cold. Perfect size for multiple people. Even when the tide came in, the saltwater did NOT leak inside the bag at all. Nor did it float away. Gave this a through testing. The only thing I didn't do was hold under water. Lol. But is has had a lot thrown at it all week and it took it all. Still looks new! Also ran it under the shower to rinse off the sand and no water got inside. Highly recommend!!! ... show more
