The dual-purpose design is fantastic — it works as both a full swing and a portable bouncer, which gives me options depending on what part of the house we're in. Setup took me around 20 minutes and wasn’t complicated. Once it was put together, I immediately noticed how sturdy and well-made the frame felt. The seat clicks securely into place, and the swing motion is nice and smooth. I felt comfortable putting my granddaughter in it right away. My baby is 4 months now and the baby gift I use the most is this swing! It’s like having another parent to rock the baby for me. The movement, weight and look are all great. It is super sturdy and stable. It was also easy to put together. I wish it had a mobile but that’s the only thing missing. First time trying a graco swing i usually go for the more expensive brand like 4 moms but this one works great and does its job its really comfortable and also i like how you could have it as a swing mode or just a baby carrier chair so you could easily move it around rather than buying two appliances for the baby ... show more

We have had two. The first one started to smell like burnt wire from the top chamber where the swing knob is. I reported it to Graco who warrantied it. We do love the swing. It works well, keeps baby happy, but it does take up a lot of space. The build quality seems good (other than a potential wiring issue?) and is super quick to put together, like less than 15 minutes. I purchased this baby swing as a gift for my grandson, and it has been an absolute hit! My son has since told me how extremely happy they are with it, which makes me feel even better about this purchase. It was easy to assemble, which is always a huge plus for new parents, and best of all, it has quickly become the baby’s favorite place to be—other than being held, of course! He absolutely loves it. Excellent,easy to use, I was able to put it together on my own ( a bit harder for me ) looks amazing and baby seemed to like it. That's very convenient because it can be turned either way facing you or facing right or left also it is a bouncer and can be taken off of the swing!

My son love this swing/bouncer. We also love how convenient it is since it’s 2 in 1 and it doesn’t take up a lot of room. I had a different Graco swing with my first and it took up a lot of room. I highly recommend this one- a mom of 3 and someone who worked at a daycare for 9yrs
