Yes, I have round ice now! MAKE SURE you fill it up all the way! Don't do it half way or just up to the top of the circles only on the tray. Fill the whole thing up and then place the top on it, the excess water will come out the top if there is any and it'll be fine. When you take it out, just twist it and the ice on top (from the excess water freezing) will also come off very easily. Once done, open it and again twist the tray so it's easy for the ice to fall out. Easy and simple, but the ice feels like it last longer to me a bit and gets the drinks colder a bit faster. Pros: - The ice comes out nicely most of the time. - It makes a good quantity of ice. - Quality is good, tongs and scooper are nice. - Size of box, trays and cubes is not too big saving space in freezer. Cons: - The trays are plastic not silicone. They don’t bend much at all, they’re quite stiff so you have to put some force when twisting to get them out. - Its quite messy to fill them, it leaves a lot of water on top which then freezes and makes a mess when emptying as well. I do it in my sink so I don’t mind but worth noting. - If you put less water trying to avoid making mess, they don’t come out round, just break in half. Overall, its a great option for the price and would work for most people as long as they don’t mind the firmness of the trays. ... show more

This was so easy to use. I have a Pur countertop container and no ice maker. I continously made ice over a weekend and it filled the ice box it came with very nicely. You just have to make sure all the slots are filled with water. Even if the slots overflow, I think the lid helps shape the ice, so it's perfect every time. Ice was also easy to remove. My kids can even use it easily. Designed really well and the ice doesn't melt quickly either. Accessories of scoop, tongs, and straws a plus. Highly recommend! ... show more
