Beautifully flattering, but the usual medium was too small for my 5’3”, 135# frame. The large fits great so size up would be my advice, unless you want skin tight & even then, not get the zipper up. Even in the large, the zipper goes up with difficulty, just how it’s made within the waistband. The ruffle & stretchy material is uber-flattering. The stretch is not there. I should have gotten a 3x. I wear a 2x with a stomach. I even tried to put it under my stomach to turn the ruffles back to the front. It won't give. Make sure someone is there with you to zip it up
