Made in China. 75% viscose 25% polyester. This is a really cute shrug/sweater. I like everything about it. The sleeves are slightly big around the upper arm. I always wash my clothes before wearing, when it came out of washer after the gentle cycle it had shrunk a bit could be because I used warm water(next time I'll use cold), so while still wet I laid it down and stretched it a bit and it was fine, the other thing was the tassels were a different color, but once it dried it was all good. I am so happy with my purchase. I bought this one and a white one, but haven't received the white one yet. If the white one is as cute as this one then I'll be purchasing even more. Mine was true to size. There were no stray or lose threads anywhere. It appears very well made. It is very cute, lightweight and will make a great spring and summer addition to my sleeveless dresses without being too heavy. I just got the sweater today so I haven't even read to see what the laundering instructions are. I am very happy with my purchase though and like I said earlier, if the white one is as cute as this one, I will definitely buy more.

the fringes - which is supposed to give pizazz to the cardigan are a disappointment. The fringes are part of a long ribbon that is sewn into the hem of the cardigan, and were bunched up. The yarn or threads of the fringes were too thin to be fringes. I may end removing the "ribbon" and the fringes if I can figure out how to do this without creating a tear in the garment. Like Grace Karin for the cotton slips they produce I may end up returning to knitting.

There is a seam on the left neck that is sewn very poorly and seems to be a problem that other customers have mentioned. In addition there is a hole in the back of this Cardigan. I just discovered the hole and I am unable to return it because now it will be beyond the return date before I can get it to the drop off location. This is very unfortunate and I don’t want to purchase from this company again.
