    • Not accurate. Very slow to track.
Yeah, no. Tried it based on a bunch of positive reviews, took my dog a few miles from the house. Didn’t track any movement. Hit the refresh button multiple times said my tracker was still at home. Not sure exactly how it tracks because I went back to it about an hour later and hit refresh and it put it over where I was initially refreshing. Then every refresh I got a different spot about 4 times and now it shack at home. If you have a dog on the run, this ain’t going to help. I’d say an apple tag would be a better option. ... show more

This devices won't work in us60 the GPS is telling me that is on I-17 FREEWAY and thats about 4 miles away from my dog locations is not accurate in this town at all. In the city works great but not in spring valley AZ.

    • Difficult and not working
I just got my 3 devices and none of them are working (binding). The serial numbers are not corresponding with the devices. I have had to email the website, with no response. Very frustrated with the product at this point. Sharon

Stopped working after a few weeks. Can't get battery out to change it to see if that is the problem.
