The app makes it super easy to control, especially if you place it somewhere that's not super easy to reach. It was a bit difficult to set up the wifi and get used to the app, but once it was connected and I learned the controls, I could control it from anywhere. For the first few days, I had it set on high, which was kind of noisy. Now I have it set on low, which is no louder than a small fan, and it's barely noticeable. The app doesn't let you do a lot, but it does show you when the filter needs to be replaced. Like I said previously, it also lets you control the modes, and it's super easy to do. Sleep mode is super quiet, you would never know it's on. There is also a spot to put scents if that's something you want to do, it's super easy to access, and it comes with multiple pads so you can easily change the scent at any time. It's super efficient and makes my entire room smell like the scent I choose. I would highly recommend this for the price, I have only tried this for a smaller room, but so far it works great! ... show more

It works great. I leave it on overnight and even at high, it is still quiet enough that you can sleep through the night. I like the fact that it has a compartment for aromatherapy and extra pads included should you choose to change scents. I actually haven't tested that part yet, and refuse to use lavender. I was looking at another brand in Levoit, but ultimately went with Govee. Why? Because of the smart feature that can be connected with Alexa and I'm lazy having to manually do it. Also, I have been purchasing Govee products as of late and enjoy their experience with the smart features they integrate in their device. App is super easy to use and user friendly. ... show more

This air purifier saved my life! It was so easy to set up and connect to my phone. When I am on my way home from work I start up my purifier and have it ready to go once I come home. I love how you can add essential oils to it. I was waking up all congested and stuffy every morning, due to my house vents being dusty and not in use. This has been a game changer for me. It's a small unit that does what it's supposed to. Air smells better, it removes dust, great stuff. It's easy to put together and it doesn't take up much space. Docking a point because you can't turn off the button indicator light (it's not that offensive anyway) and it has an unpleasant plasticky smell. I'm sure it'll fade away, but the other air purifiers I've bought before didn't have this issue (and yes, I did take off the plastic covering the filter). Easy to setup works very well and is not noisy, it’s actually very calming to have it in level 1. It’s nice little white noise built in. Definitely worth the purchase if you live in a area with high pollen.

Absolutely no complaints u can keep in on for a very long time before filter needs cleaning and u can control from Govee app which is convinient for me cuz I have bought a lot of Govee items without even realizing it. It is top standard for its HEPA filter. The build quality is great, and assembling it is easy. Just grab it from the top and rotate off the bottom to remove the plastic and simply reinsert the filter and plug it in. I have it running continuously on the sleep mode, and it is very quiet. I have a bunch of allergies and need to take Loratadine every day, but I do think this is effective. I'll update back later. Anyways, there are multiple settings that you cycle through with a press of button, and you can control it with your phone (it must be a on a 2.4 ghz band, so 5G will not work. This isn't really an issue if you are not far from your router). I'd say it's a great product for its cost but do note that light for its specified setting is always on, but it is very weak, so you won't really be bothered by it even if you were trying to sleep. I have it raised up since it is more effective that way. To reiterate though, it should only be used in a small room. ... show more
