I bought this one for my 5 years old son to replace his previous old balance bike that was bought when he was 3 years old. This one came with a big well packed box. He was very excited when I opened the box, he pushed me to install it as fast as I can. When I open the box, I was surprised that it was almost fully assembled with no small parts to put together. So it was very easy to assemble, I put it all together about 10 minutes. Before I used it, I followed the instruction to charge the battery till the light was turning to green. It is safe and easy to operate, he was able to balance in no time at all. The seat can be adjustable to fit his height, at least I don’t have to worry it become small in next 3 years. It is well designed and sturdy build. The tires were smooth, the brake system works well. He tried it out in our nearby park, it was very attractive, and a lot of kids stared him and looks like very jealous and begging their parents to get one too. The only concern is if the battery can hold up well but so far no problem at all. Overall, we all like this fun electric balance bike and would recommend it.

My son is four years old. He has been practicing riding this e-bike for a week now. He knows how to ride a bike so riding this e-bike is not a big switch for him. He is still learning how to control the speed though. He loves riding this bike. We could go for longer ride compare to his old bike. It is pretty easy to use even for kids. Bike is not that heavy, when my son falls down he pick it up no problem. Assembly was straightforward. All tools needed come with the bike, which is convenient. Battery hold up pretty well and the range is great.

Do not buy this bike, unless you only want to use it for about a year. No bike shops near me work on the bike and GoTrax customer service pretty much says you are SOL and on your own. They won’t even try to help you troubleshoot issues. They simply respond looks like it’s a month outside the warranty period, so you’ll need to take it to a repair shop. I’ve called 4 repair shops in my area and they’ve all said they won’t touch the GoTrax brand.

The media could not be loaded. If you are looking for an electric balance bike. This is the one! It will take my 5 and 7 year old all around town for easily 10 miles on a single charge! The 36 V system definitely is the best option! Compared to the other 24 V balance bike and electric bikes we own! The the braking system also works better with the electronic motor shut off! Compared to the braking on our other balance bikes. Has strong aluminum wheels rather than the hard plastic! The bike and its components are top notch. The company is even better! Their communication was quick and effective! The customer service was excellent! Skyler from Gotrax helped me when I had an issue with the bike! 6 months after purchase my kids friend used the bike and took a small crash. Everything still worked on it but there was a questionable spot on the frame where the motor attached. Due to safety, it was determined by the company that it should be replaced! Thankfully it was within their 1 yr warranty! They sent me a label to ship it back to them. (Didn’t cost me anything) Only had to find the right size box because I foolishly didn’t save the original. (Harder than you would think to find an appropriate size shipping box for bikes). Just days after I shipped the old bike, I received a completely new bike! I was amazed at the customer service and the companies willingness to stand behind their products and do the right thing for the customer! You just don’t find companies like this any longer! I usually get some kind of run around and unknown fees or long service return when dealing with a warranty issue! But not with this company! I highly recommend purchasing from gotrax! You can’t beat the customer service and won’t find a better kids electric balance bike!

I got two for my 6-4 year old one works amazing but the other one worked for 2 days and started beeping and would no longer charge or drive. I called for to exchange and I have send in the bike wait to get refunded and purchase again instead of them just exchanging it. My boys love them they are very well made and do go pretty fast. The hold a good charge. Just wish we didn’t get a bad one and that the return wasn’t so complicated…

I’ve had this device 2 years and my son has taken it everywhere. It’s still going strong 2 years later! I had one issue where it quit working, but the seller sent me a replacement part free off charge. The tubes in the tires are not good quality and had to be replaced almost immediately, but I bought some different ones on amazon that have held up great! I’d recommend this product. My son has definitely gotten my moneys worth out of this bike. He’s 7 now and still loves it and zooms all over the yard with it!

The media could not be loaded. Did not expect this bike to be so powerful for its size. Bought it for my 4yo but my 10 yo is using it. It sure can handle 130lbs, tested with me riding it. Fast accelerating, sturdy and stable. I like its awesome safety feature which shows in my video where the bike cannot be turned on if the power cord is connected. Another safety feature, hold 2 seconds to power on. Twist and accelerate. So much fun

my 5yr loved this bike speed was great as was the run time until it just stopped working 11 months in the company sent me a replacement bike under warranty which was great except the warranty bike had battery , motor and speed controller issues and than it just died like the first and when i told them this and said i needed a replacement that works they told me they could not give me another because my warranty was up now and that they could sent me some parts to try and fix the bike which they also never sent DO NO BUY
