Absolutely horrible. I bought this bike for my very excited 4 year old son for his birthday. We decided to give it to him before his big day because he was so excited and asking everyday for an electric bike like his big brother. It worked for one afternoon for riding. Just stopped working and started beeping with no acceleration. Amazon made us pack the bike which was a terrible process of my son crying watching us take his bike apart and stuff it back in the box. It’s taken well over a week for the return center to receive it. Now it’s just waiting to be checked. We are out $400 and my kids birthday is tomorrow and he doesn’t have the ONE thing he asked for. And I per reviews I shouldn’t have gotten this back but it’s literally the only 14’ electric bike that looks like the larger adult ones on the market. Go Trax and Amazon have ruined my son’s 4th birthday.

Great bike, worked on Christmas Day. 1 day later stopped working and now just beeps. Horrible customer service. Gave me a fake tracking number for the parts and then just stopped responding to emails: do not buy. I’m not the only one with this issue

This is perfect for helping my grandson get steady on his bike and learn to ride on his own faster! The battery lasts quite a while, and it goes pretty fast on a full charge. He handles the bumps with ease, so the shocks are definitely doing their job. It's also great to have peace of mind knowing there’s a 1-year warranty included with the bike!

The 14" pneumatic tire provides a stable ride, making it easy for my child to navigate various terrains with ease. The electric motor, with a max range of 15.5 miles and 36V 250W power output, offers a fun and thrilling riding experience for kids. The adjustable seat allows for customization based on my kiddos' height, ensuring a proper fit as they grow. Both boys and girls find the electric bike design appealing, adding an element of excitement to their playtime. The AD claims this bike is suitable for children aged 5-7 years old, and I got this for my 10-year-old because it says the weight limit is 138, but I honestly feel nervous with her on it and I wouldn't let a 5-7-year-old on this, unfortunately. It's honestly just got too much power for a little 5 yr old =/ And...what 5-7-year-olds are 138 lbs? Haha. I did notice that the charging time can be a bit long, so it's important to plan ahead for extended play sessions. Overall, the Gotrax Electric Balance Bike is a reliable and entertaining option for older kiddos. It promotes outdoor play, enhances motor skills, and provides a sense of independence for kids. I would recommend this for sure!

The delivery fast, the frame is very solid, and the assembly is easy. It took about 10 minutes to complete the assembly. The installation tools were included in the box. My wife ride a few laps and said that the power was very good and the brakes were also very good.
