    • Solid boost in the gym, but definitely cycle it
I grabbed Gorilla Mind Sigma because I kept seeing it recommended online and was curious if it actually works. I’ve tried a bunch of test boosters before, and most of them don’t do much, but this one actually made a difference for me. What I noticed: Better pumps and more energy in the gym workouts felt more intense and focused. Increased aggression: Not in a bad way, just felt a little more driven and ready to push myself. The wildest sign: I actually got some testicular soreness, which I’d seen mentioned by influencers who said it’s a sign you should cycle off after a while. It was weird but kind of confirmed to me that this stuff is doing something. Science-wise: From what I’ve read and based on my own experience, the Tongkat Ali and Fadogia extracts can definitely bump your testosterone a bit, especially if you’re borderline low like me, usually around 300 ng/dL. If your test is already super low, this probably won’t fix everything, but if you’re on the edge, you might notice a good boost people online report jumps from 400 to 600 ng/dL, but results vary by genetics. The pills: Easy to take, but there’s a little aftertaste probably from the black pepper in the mix. Nothing major. The price is a bit up there compared to standard vitamins, but not crazy for this type of supplement. Bottom line: This stuff actually does what it says if your test is low-normal and you’re lifting and eating right. Just be careful, don’t run it nonstop definitely cycle on and off, especially if you start to notice any weird side effects. Good option if you want a natural edge, but it’s not magic if your levels are extremely low. ... show more

    • Sigma wakes you up to attack and destroy
Sigma GM is some potent stuff. I need to get bloodwork done (before and after) but I can feel a difference. I have to take two pills as three gets me edgy and four gets me so wired I can’t sleep well, and I feel very nauseated. Two pills up to three pills on occasion works well. Take magnesium glycinate to sleep well and you are good to go. Big gains in the gym. Big libido boost too. ... show more

Im a healthy and active 48 year old man starting to feel my age. I’ve tried a few supplements before but with little to no results. I wasn’t expecting anything from Sigma, so i got my bottle in and took one capsule, i noticed it made me take a nap and i woke up with a slight headache, i never get headaches. The Headache was temporary so i took another capsule before bed and slept very deeply and actually had dreams for the 1st time in years. Then i noticed the good mood i was in, and just more energy. It's a pretty good product however, its price is definitely not justified. I'd recommend researching the ingredients and buying the effective supplements individually instead.

    • Truly makes a difference!
I've been using this supplement for over a year now, and it has proven itself to do what it claims. I have more energy, I heal and recover faster, I am feeling stronger in the gym and in training, and my overall feeling is that of say ten to twelve years younger! I am 54 years old and play sports and hunt and work construction all year long. I recommend all active men over 35 take this and see. My son is 23 and started using this a year ago and his sports performance has increases according to him. He also believes it's value is real! ... show more

My cognitive levels increased but not to a point that didn’t feel normal. I think for the price and how it helped me it’s a great product. I was looking for increased energy levels and that’s what I got.

    • Don’t buy get ashwagandha and magnesium for cheaper.
I noticed no improvement in actual gym performance it cost way to much but.. the mental affects are amazing I felt more confident and really helped with stress. Turns out it’s the ashwagandha and magnesium in this product. Once I finished the bottle I noticed the mental change almost immediately so I did some research and got some ashwaganda and magnesium for much cheaper and got the same feelings I did on the sigma. ... show more
