I have dogs and I have purchased different sizes of these for the outsides doors. I gave up on throw rugs as I was constantly having to deal with the mess of the dogs constantly moving them around. I don't like having to continuously wash the throw rugs. These are perfect. They look decent... No, Home and Gardens is not going to come calling asking for pictures... but they are not offensive and I bought beige to coordinate with my tile. These have lasted and held up great. Also... I don't get them caught in the doors as they swing open and shut, the dogs don't dig at them and block the doors causing me to have to keep rearranging, and spills wash up with a sponge or a wipe. For better cleaning, taking them outside and using a hose, water, soap and a broom to scrub at them, cleans them right up. Then I air dry on the lawn... snap off any grass pieces that stick and put them back in the house. My dogs are in and out and these are high traffic areas. Very functional, easy to keep sanitized and clean. I'm sold even if I'm not ever going to be featured in a magazine for my décor genius! ... show more

Love the color & size of mat. Do NOT love the way it was wrapped too tightly!! It’s been 2 weeks & still has a ripple at one end which make a bit of a hump. This is our 2nd order of the same mat. The other one rolled out better. Washes well & is a great garage door mat.

Bought these to put outside the dog door to try to limit the amount of dead grass and leaves that get tracked in. They worked great until my puppy used one as a chew toy. Ugh. Good thing I purchased two and can replace quickly! Great purchase

While the texture of this doormat works great at getting dirt off one's shoes, it has several other issues that are seriously problematic. The first is that it holds rainwater by the gallon, for days! You have to manually dump it out after every single shower and let it drip dry before placing it by the door again. The second problem is that the material is easily torn. Happily, I found I could use it on my back porch, out of the weather, and it works for that location. But by my front door, outside? Nope. Here's an update. The last 2 mats I purchased are not as good as the 4 mats I used in the past. They're thinner and wobbly. Below is my original review. I've been using 4 of these for the past few years. I just got 2 more. The size, 47" x 35" is difficult to find. It's nice and big. It's soft to step on, but it traps dirt well.
