I ordered this for my husband, who uses a travel coffee mug daily but somehow manages to purchase mug after mug that tends to leak just a smidge. Of course, when it comes to transporting and drinking hot coffee in a moving vehicle, even a tiny leak can be problematic, Anyhow, I'm happy to report that so far so good on that front with this mug. The leakproof lid truly seems to be leakproof, and I'm a happy customer when it comes to the overall quality of this mug. It's a basic design, without a lot of bells and whistles which is what my husband was looking for. The lid attaches securely and the opening to drink from is easy to access and "works" as expected. It's a 20 ounce size, which fits nicely in any car cup holder I've seen but is plenty big for a large cup of coffee. So far we've had no complaints about its thermal abilities as it keeps coffee hot for a longish comute as expected. This is made from a relatively lightweight but sturdy metal, and I'm confident that it will be durable to handle daily use. I'm particularly fond of the color, as is my husband. It's listed as navy, which is accurate enough, but it's almost a steel blue/navy in my opinion, making it slightly more sleek and unique looking for my money.

This travel mug has been excellent for coffee on the go. The stainless steel construction feels sturdy, and the hunter green color gives it a clean, rugged look without being flashy. It fits comfortably in hand and slides into cup holders easily. It also keeps cold drinks chilled surprisingly well. My kids constantly use water bottles for school and for sports. This one is a great value due to its durability and quality. The cup itself is comfortable to hold and does not leak. The lid is easy to get on and off but attaches securely. The kids only use the cup for cold items but it retains that cold for many hours. Ice will still be in the cup after school when I pick up my daughter to go home. I wash it in the top rack of the dishwasher and have no problems. The metal is thick which is good for insulation purposes and also helps to withstand the inevitable drops and bumps. I would definitely get another one of these cups in the future.

This insulated coffee mug can best be described as a competent mid-range example of the genre. It does everything competently: - It insulates - It passes a leak test over a long time, and when inverted - It is reasonably tough - It is moderately nice to drink from - The lid is relatively easy to open and close if you use two hands But, don't expect to be able to open the lid one-handed when driving. I had a discoloration issue from where it rubbed against a glass in the dishwasher. The damage seems to be purely to the surface finish though. Overall, this is competent but not premium. I'm giving it a solid 4-stars.
