This chair is not as great as I'd hoped it would be but it does the job pretty well. It seems it is best used when flat or in an almost flat position. The adjustable position mechanism and hinge lock pop out of place any time I try to sit up and even if I manage to get into that position, it is not comfortable. Each time you move the chair be sure to check that the hinges (one at front and back legs on opposite sides) are locked to avoid potential collapse. It is easy to fold and unfold and is not terribly heavy. Stability is good with three supporting legs. Face opening is fairly small but useable. Length of the chair is good for me - I am 5'7". I do wish now that I had got one of the chairs with the arm openings. Unless you are ElastiGirl (and I have pretty long arms) it is impossible to hold a phone while face down and tricky to turn the pages of a book. Overall I like the chair for sunbathing but not for anything else.

I have had this tanning chair for about a week now. I have tanned on it everyday since I got it. I am a larger build woman and this chair fits me perfect! It is sturdy and super comfortable! It folds up really well for easy storage. I LOVE the face hold and love the adjustable head part of this chair! I am planning to purchase at least one more of these! Another great thing about this chair, it comes fully assembled!!! I HATE struggling to put things together!!

I bought this product so I could work on tanning my legs, and I've used it daily for 2 months. It holds my weight of 200 lbs ok, but the frame is not sturdy enough and after 1 use at the beach on sand the frame is now loose and I have to be very careful not to shift or the legs wobble back and forth in the locked position on flat concrete. I think the weight limit should be 150 lbs The removable neck pillow and face rest are nice, and the fabric seems to be pretty sturdy canvas, and the feel is exactly like a camping cot. A pocket on the side would have been nice, as when using the face rest there's nowhere to tuck sunglasses. For the price, it's just ok. I would definitely spend a bit more and get something sturdier.

I wanted something simple and effective. It’s not an overly expensive lounge chair that’s more for decoration and curb appeal. I love this chair because it’s sturdy (I weigh about 180 lbs), my feet don’t hang off, I have plenty of room (I’m 5’8 in), and the best part is it has a hole and padding to rest your face in comfortably when laying on your stomach. No more awkward or uncomfortable neck and shoulder issues! It’s also effortless to fold and store. So happy with this purchase!
