I purchased a ROC paddleboard as my first board and really fell in love with paddle boarding. I saw these at a discount and ordered them and for half the price of the ROC, they are very good. The ROC has better padding on the backpack, a rear bungie and front/rear grab handles and kayak paddle attachment; all of which are nice but not critical features. We have some kayak paddles we sometimes use sitting down on the board vs. just standup paddling to mix things up. One nice thing over the ROC, is that the air valve is a simple toggle to let air out, rather than push in and twist (while air is coming out at you). Overall the ROC is nicer and maybe better construction, but for half the price this is fantastic and gets you out on the water!

Tge reason for 4 stars is:The product description included a leg leash…however it arrived without it. I contacted seller who responded with this particular item does not come with a safety leash. I responded by sending them their description of what came with it circling the safety leash. They offered a $10 discount. I contacted Amazon Service and they contacted the seller. I received a $30 refund. Thank you Amazon Customer service! In regards to the paddle board: it is sturdy, well made, inflates easily, and lots of fun and worth the money. (I had to order a safety leash for it…)

We really liked this option to spend a few summer days. He considered it to be of good material, only that we liked an accessory to store the phone. the table is very practical.

I was worried when I ordered this that it would be a cheap piece of garbage that I'd have to return, but it turns out it's a delightful paddle board that's actually affordable!! Some key aspects: Length: I ordered the board that's exactly 10' long because Minnesota requires any boat over 10' to have a license, even SUPs. Because it's shorter than most 10'6" boards, I was afraid it would be tippy, but I've had no issues with balancing on it. Pump: The board itself is very rigid when fully inflated to the 13-15 psi range. Note that this is hard to do with a hand pump! I actually thought the pump that came with the board wasn't working at first because the needle on the gauge wasn't moving. It turns out you just need to get it really inflated before the needle moves. It'll seem like it's inflated, but keep pumping!! Also, it can be really tricky to get the pump hose screwed into the pump stand correctly so that air doesn't leak out at the higher psi. This is the only thing I've found frustrating with this board. Paddle Clasp: I thought the clasp on the paddle handle was broken, as it looks like it in the picture. And the clasp wasn't very tight, so the handle kept sliding. I emailed customer service (the address is in the manual) and they got back to me in less than 12 hours with a link to a video that shows how you turn this clasp to tighten the handle. It's not very intuitive, but it worked and now the paddle is fine! Customer Service: I was really impressed with how quickly the customer service responded to my email. General: I've used it about 5 times now, and it's been great. All of the accessories fit in the backpack. You have to remove the large fin and really deflate the board to fit the board into the pack, but the kit includes a strap to hold the board folded up so it's easier to get into the backpack once it's deflated. The only thing I'm not super fond of is the pump, mostly due to the difficulty of attaching the hose to the stand. But like many people in other posts, I'm contemplating an electric pump because it's kind of a lot of work to pump these up by hand!

This paddleboard is in my favorite amazon purchase of all time. Hands down. 4 summers of fun. I’m 5”2 and 220. The board is super firm and sturdy. I did upgrade to an electric pump pretty quickly but I like knowing I have the hand pump for emergencies. My small fins have recently detached and need glued back on. Im also planning on a paddle upgrade but I see this paddleboard carrying for several more summers.

I liked the board and thought it looked good and paddled well. I got it for my wife and we used it about 5-6 times over a period of 4 months and now it's leaking and won't stay pumped up for more than a few hours before it starts to get soft. I emailed the companies support email to try and get some direction on how to possibly repair it or get a replacement but no response. I guess the price is too good to be true - I'd recommend getting a more quality board if you want it to last

The media could not be loaded. We pumped up the iSUP right out of the box and noticed the valve leaking (see video of valve leak with some soapy water). We figured out that the valve just needed to be tightened using the valve tool in the the orange repair kit (see pics). We had to turn the valve several revolutions clockwise to get the valve tightened. To make sure the pump connector stays connected to the valve, we twisted the connector end one revolution counter clockwise before connecting it to the valve (so that when connected, there is a little uncoiling force from the hose that keeps the connector from popping off). The pump is single action so it does take some effort to pump up to just 10psi (which we found firm enough). Overall we are impressed with the material and build quality of this iSUP and are very satisfied with this purchase.
