The media could not be loaded. I got this tree recently from amazon, need to pre-setting up to make sure everything is in the box and all the lights are in the working condition before the return window close, it turns out very well, it is exactly as described on the website, couldn’t be more satisfied with this tree. This is my first artificial Christmas tree, coming well packed, the tree is very simple to assemble, unfold the tree base, mount the base, and the three sections of the tree just slide together, then connect the lights together, plug in, you have beautiful Christmas tree with warm lights!(see the picture right out of box) After setting up the tree, I couldn’t help myself to go ahead decorate the tree with all the decorations I have, it turns out gorgeous. Can’t wait to video and share with others. No more walking around to pick a right live tree during cold weather, don’t have disposal the tree after Christmas, which is another plus for me. I have been went to local home depot before getting this tree, the similar tree costs lots more than what I paid. With the beautiful tree I got, the price I paid, I am beyond happy. The tree looked absolutely gorgeous once I finished decorating it. Bi just think the quality of the the product could be a bit better for the money you pay. Don't get me wrong the tree is beautiful once it is done. Update review December 2020 I had a problem putting up the tree this year it's only the 2nd time it's been put up I won't go into details that I immediately contacted the seller and they were very quick to get back to me which was great. When back-and-forth with a couple of emails very pleasant to deal with and the long run They told me to keep the tree I did not have to return it and it would give me a full refund. That was awesome great customer service really wasn't even looking for a full refund and very happy with them and I would do business with them again ... show more

    • Paper needles that don’t appear lifelike. Poor quality

Be careful to save the original box when unpacking the tree because they manufacture will not refund your purchase if it’s not returned in the original box and packaging. The tree’s branches are composed of medal and paper needles that are not life like that we’re a mess to try and “patiently fluff” as suggested we asked for a refund. Here is the first reply from the manufacturer ”Hi, Thanks for your contact. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. The branches might get squeezed during storage and shipping. Plz pull apart each branch and patiently fluff them. If it still can be used, how about we refund you $35 as compensation and you kindly keep the item? If it is not acceptable for you, plz let us know. We will offer you a satisfying solution. BTW, do you still have the original box for the item? Waiting for your reply. Have a nice day. Tracy” I expected a quick hassle- free return and was shocked to get their reply. I rejected their suggestion and offer of $35 and insisted on returning the tree and was provided a return UPS label a few days later. I did receive my money back. I don’t think that the tree was worth the asking price because of its construction materials and because it doesn’t have life like needles. The idea of an artificial tree is to save time and clean up while still have a real appearance. Save yourself the hassle and spend a bit more if you’re looking for an artificial tree that looks real. Once it's out of the box and fluffed it's a beautiful tree!! Great price for a pre-lit 9' tree. My daughter and I put it together with ease and once we got it lit we were so excited to start decorating!! I will say one of the three screws that helps hold the tree in the stand was stripped, luckily we had another tree stand that worked. Not sure how long it will last, one branch broke as we were fluffing, but we were able to fix it. ... show more

    • Cheap poorly made product.

When it was delivered the box was severly damaged and a piece of the tree pole was extending out of the box. It was taped as if it had been opened and resealed. There were no instructions in the box. One of the light wires was cut and the light in the entire section of the tree would not light. I had to connect the wires and use electrician tape to get the lights to work. The lights are placed so there are dark spots on the tree and the lights cannot be changed. A really cheap product and I would warn any potential buyer to not buy this tree. ... show more

Plan for extra time when first setting it up! It is super squished when it arrives. Also be sure to save the box or order a very large tote for storage. It doesn't in my 50 gallon totes. It was a true 9ft height. The sections don't fit as tight as they should and have a slight wobble to them. It is not near as thick and full as the pictures show. We had it in front of a window and could see daylight through it very easily as well as the center posts and metal branch sections even when fluffed to the max and full of ornaments. I'll be filling the center in with faux pine garland next year. Overall we are happy with it. ... show more

This is the fullest, most well-lit tree we’ve ever owned. I have no doubt we’ll be using it for years. The branches do look real unless you’re standing right over it. They get much fuller as the tree ascends. I can attest to the 1384 tips, as a semi-OCD lady, I bent and shaped each one of them. But it was worth it! Even so, the tiers went up in minutes. It probably took an hour to shape it to my liking. TIP: Plug each ending for the lights as you go. In fact, I would plug the first strand at the bottom in at the beginning so you can determine if you skipped a plug as you go up. All in all, this is a beautiful tree at a real value price. And...it arrived earlier than promised. My picture doesn’t do it justice—too much sun. ... show more
