I was looking for an affordable smaller thin pencil tree to fit in my office with LED lights. I came across this tree and decided to buy it. When I received it, the topper that fits into the middle section was broken on the end (plastic). I immediately called the seller, Costway, and to my surprise they had excellent customer service. The person I was dealing with told me to send an email with a picture and they would assess. The same day, she responded to me that they received my email and would get back to me within 2 business days. Again to my surprise, I was given updates as promised and in the end, since they did not have a topper in stock, they shipped me a whole new tree free of charge! The tree is simple looking and easy to assemble and fit perfectly in my office for Christmas. I was very impressed with their service which is something you don't get very often any more. This tree is very easy to assemble and the lights are beautiful - very bright and colorful. However, I ordered a 7.5 foot tree and this is at most 7 feet. Also, the branches do not spread out as much as it looks like they do in the picture to make the tree look more "full". It is perfect for a small space due to its pencil design. I thought it was a little expensive for being narrow. Our space was a little small, but I feel like it is a good size though. I thought the hinge on the branch could have been made a little tighter, it has a lot of wiggle room. Great tree. Nice amount of lights and really great for small spaces. The only think I notice was that on heave ornaments, you have to bend up the branch a little so they donโ€™t fall. Other than that is is amazing.
