    • pieces for assembly didn't fit
The pieces was sloppily just thrown in the box and the Styrofoam pieces were broken. Therefore you can get easily stuck or injured by the spikes. The bars for assembly don't fit and are difficult to push in. Lousy item. No safety packaging is in this item.

Doesn't work well on hard or rocky soil. Requires a lot of physical labor and the spikes and attached bars all bent after first use

Decent product for the money. Tines are a bit short and handle a little wobbly, but with a little tweaking it worked out. Still happy with my purchase.

    • Not worth the time
Arrived yesterday. Easy to assemble. The threading is machined onto the aerator wheel so when it turns, the nuts come off. If you go the other way, it tightens and won't roll. I may return it, or try to drill holes into the threads and put in cotter pins. Not really sure. I would advise against purchasing this. ... show more

My grandson aerated the yard area with the product before seeding, and it was easy to put together and use. He was done in a short time with little effort.

I was pretty excited about this product due to the description. It was easy to put together but I noticed the bolts did not fit tightly on the bottom of the handle but I figured maybe this is what it is supposed to look like. Rolled it in my yard for about 2 minutes and noticed the bolts that connected the roller to the metal on the side came loose. Tightened it and started rolling again to only have them come loose again. Unfortunately the is is not as sturdy as I’d hope and it seems to be poorly made. ... show more

    • WOW - what a bang for the small effort required
You just walk it round your property like a lawnmower - it REALLY helps. I did it just at the end of last season (2018) and this year the lawn NEVER looked so good. One caveat, flag off the sprinkler head so you don't damage. But you'll be amazed at how much this can help !!!
