I wanted to give it 1 star because of the pump I got initially was broken and finding out the hard way when you are at the beach is such a crappy way to find out so it ruined my day but it didn't stop there because it pissed me off and I packed everything back up like a grumpy old man and through the box into car without lifting correctly and I ended up throwing out my back. Two trips to the chiropractor and a couple trips to a massage therapist "thank god for GroupOn" that costed me only $200 plus tip and my time I'm almost back to normal. Now that I got that out of the way we can talk about the SUP and what you get and they did send me a replacement but that's another hassle to deal with when all you're wanting is to use the thing. Because the pump broke I went to a local surf shop to see what they have and their pumps were $30 and it was complete junk and didn't have a gage on it, the next one was $55 and it did have a gage on it but it too was junk then they had one for $90 which was comparable to the one you get here. I've used the Isle ISUP pumps and they are as good as they get but you also pay a lot more for it so you do get what you pay for here but it is a good pump just not the best. The paddle is not very good but I went to buy a new one and they're really expensive and the cheap ones like $60 are not as good as the one you get here. The ISUP itself seems very well built and it floated my girlfriend and I no problem and I'm 6'2 and she 5'0 and together we're around 330 pound and it floated us easily. It's my first time with someone else on a board so I knelt down only and found it a lot easier that the person paddling stays in the front so you're not having to dodge them as you switch sides when you are paddling. I also used it to catch so little waves and it's definitely surfable but you wound be doing any airs like the advertisements might have you think because this thing is massive, their adds here a totally misleading and and the people being photoshopped into the advertisements are totally disproportionate and I personally think it hurts the sale of this SUP but thats just my opinion. I've added a photo of my girlfriend and I so you can get a better idea of what it's really like though it was shot on a GoPro so take that into consideration. The bag it comes with fits everything in it with a lot of room to spare if you roll it up without any air in it and the leash seems sufficient though I personally won't use it any time soon. In case you were wondering how I got the photo I just used a GoPro bike mount on the paddle handle and it cost $15 here on Amazon if you get it with a ton of other accessories or $10 by itself you make your choice. All in all I am so stoked on this and I cant wait to take with me on every road trip. ... show more

My daughter bought this with her own money. Was disappointed that there aren’t storage ropes (or whatever they are called) like shown in the main picture. Also, the twist to inflate or deflate is not as easy as other boards. The fin is very difficult to get on and off. It’s kinda meh overall but it floats. ... show more

I purchased the 11’ and 10’6” for both my wife and I for the summer and also for a trip to Maui. Had the board out a few times before and it was as expected. About as stable as an inflatable can be, easy to maneuver (my 6yo son paddles the 10’6” with me on it), everything is included to pump it up and go. I read a lot of reviews on this board and others and found a lot of the dissenting reviews were do to getting it pumped up to pressure. The pump that comes with it performed fine for us so far, and issue free. Some friendly advice about inflation. 1) the valve has to be in the closed position when you start, it’s a one way valve and you’ll lose pressure fast when you disconnect if it’s open. 2) it’s a dial action pump, so it will pump on the up and down stroke. You want it on the dual action to fill up volume. Once you hit about 2psi it gets almost impossible. 3) when you switch over to single action it will only pump air in on the downstroke. It does get harder as you get closer to 15psi, but with a few breaks we were both able to inflate them in about 5 minutes. I have not had to use the repair kit. ... show more

I purchased this model as well as it’s 10’ little sister about 6 months ago. Both are fantastic! I’ve used them about half a dozen times on local lakes and have traveled with them in my 4Runner. Highly recommended! Both pumps work fine, paddles aren’t as nice as my Werner kayak paddles but one gets what one pays for and these are fine. The handles on the paddle are backwards and i’m planning on drilling out the rivet and reversing them but as I don’t really notice them during use, I just haven’t gotten around to it yet. I did replace the draw string in the “duffel” that everything is carried in as the original was useless but it only took a few minutes with accessory cord that I had so no worries. They are really my first exposure to sups (or isups) other than a few minutes several years ago on a rigid one. It took a few tries to gain confidence and feel more natural and less tense. The more often I went out, the easier it was so keep at it and don’t get discouraged. I’m 6’3” and 250lbs so I’m certainly giving the 11’ board a “fair” test. It’s very nice to be able to paddle and then chill out sitting or laying on them. A great way to spend time on the water. I keep mine inflated during the season and deflate them for long term storage or travel. I did purchase an electric pump after the first few times inflating them manually as I’d much rather be hanging out with a beer, watching them inflate themselves rather than toiling away at the pump for 10 minutes (or 20 for both...) the included pump gives, you a great workout and leaves you winded when your done, if your the lazy type I recommend getting an electric pump like I did. I could have used it but I really wanted to see how bad of shape I really was in. Now I know, so I'll be using the electric pump more often. I do NOT RECOMEND using your lips to inflate it could take a while unless you have a friend that's a blowhard...oh on to the paddle board its great seems well made. No defects that I have noted, I have had it inflated now for three days without any loss of pressure. A little learning curve on how the paddle goes together. They should have a pamphlet with little stick figures to show you how it goes together. I even purchased a low profile life jacket to use with this board. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, looks great sitting on my kitchen floor. If it was shorter I would have tried it in my bathtub thank God for the life jacket. Get one and enjoy it great bang for the bucks.... ... show more
