This is an oversized king comforter which is 116" x 98". I love the extra width and height as every other comforter I own barely covers the top of the bed but doesn't cover the sides or foot of the bed. That means it is hard to keep it centered on the bed as it tends to slide to one side or the other and cold can enter your space where the sides don't get covered. This oversized comforter solves this problem. On my bed, the comforter covers the sides and foot of the bed by about 2.5ft. No cold can enter your sleeping space with this comforter. It is lightweight yet extremely warm. It comes vacuum packed in a small tight brick. You need to unpack it and give it time to expand naturally. Once that has completed you should shake and fluff all over to change the tightly packed goose feather down to a fluffy and air filled lofty cover. It does take some time to get it fully fluffed up and at its peak of performance. The 100% cotton cover is premium quality ultra soft. The details say it is quiet, but I will have to say, when I first put it on, it was quite noisy when you move it around or get in and out of bed. I have noticed that it has gotten quieter the longer it has been in use. This is due to the treatment that was done to the cotton cover to make it wrinkle free. After it has been rustled and "used" by shaking, lying on it, and just exposure, it becomes softer and therefore quieter to move around. Think of a shirt that has been starched. It is pretty stiff and gets softer with wear. This comforter can be machine washed in cold or dry cleaned. I plan to get a duvet cover to protect mine for long life. The pictures shown are not realistic. This comforter looks like it has been inflated with air and it is a giant air mattress. This is not accurate, at least the one I received. It is fluffy and puffy, but does not look like the ones in the pictures. This is not a negative comment at all other than there really is no need to "fake" the images to make the item appear different or better than it actually looks in person. Just show a real image and people can make their own judgement.

Don’t waste your money! It is NOT as it appears in the picture. Not very fluffy at all. Followed all of the steps listed to “fluff” it up and nothing worked. It’s not very soft. Left it laid out for 4 days before using it and patted it every day that it was laid out and put in dryer to attempt to fluff up as directed. Really disappointed.
