Be very careful with the "gift codes" I redeemed it but for some reason google would not allow me to spend it. There is no phone for support, only email (and found out later chat). Google's support was extremely unhelpful. I submitted the requested form "What is the code, Who did you buy from, What city are you in". That seemed to trigger some as they said "Inconsistencies". Google would not even help. I searched for HOURS looking for a solution and tried eveyrthing.. I still show the amount on my account, but I'm no longer allowed to spend that specific gift card. I've re-loaded a physical one and it works fine, but not this one. After 22 emails back and forth with google, many screenshots of receipts, orders, the emailed code, last 4 of CC (that is on my google account as well) they told me "we cannot help you".. Basically Google took my $200 and refuse to help. Thankfully AMAZON was able to give me a refund that I'm still waiting for (should be over the next 3-4 days). **EDIT** After Amazon sent me a confirmation email on the full refund, I have yet to receive the actual refund. And I"m getting the run-around by both Amazon and Google now. **Last edit** after a month, I'm still getting the run around as for the refund. Both Google and Amazon has ignored me. I'm now out $200.
