Purchased this as a Christmas gift. Phone was on excellent condition with no scratches at all. No cables or charger but that was expected. The phone was reset and acted mostly new out of box. It felt a little different to setup than a brand new phone but can't really put into words why. This is probably the 20th google phone I've setup and everything went as expected. First off I got the phone. Everything work wonderful for 9 to 10 months after that when you open the phone, the right side of the screen is blank. The left side of the screen is showing, but it’s unresponsive of touch. The front screen works wonderful, but I haven’t got this phone for one year yet and not even manufacture warranty. Can get this phone fixed. I’m so disappointed and I can’t get through to Amazon because they keep turning me all around to get it fixed so this expensive phone that I bought from Amazon less than 10 months or should I say 10 months is pretty much garbage. My money went down the drain and no one will help me so if you’re reading this review, please consider not buying these phones on Amazon ... show more

The description stated the fold was in excellent condition, but it was not when I received it. There were many visible scratches and one on the camera in the back that is very visible.

Switching from Apple to Android I decided to go with the Pixel Fold. I knew I always wanted one, mostly the Samsung Flip not a fold. However, I am so in love with this phone. The utility it has just amazing. I'm not super techy, so this is just enough for me. I had the Pixel 9 Fold for a little bit and decided to keep this one instead. The Pixel 9 Fold outer screen is super comfortable, so much so that I did not unfold it as much. When I did unfold, the experience wasn't as enjoyable as the original fold. Thus my decision.
