Geek Squad Agent Review! Not a single scratch or ding on this thing! No scratched screen. No dings on any part of the phone or camera. Looks absolutely brand new! The only thing I will nitpick a little, is that it did arrive with no charge at all. Which made setting it up a little time consuming as it needed to be at 20% for the device set up. It also came with a charger. It did NOT come with a SIM ejector like stated. This may be an issue for others who do not have direct access to SIM keys. A normal paper clip or bobby pin will do as we use them at work all the time. Was not locked to any carrier like other reviews have said happened to theirs and took my SIM card immediately. It has ESIM or SIM tray (which I was looking for in the reviews and none specified. I had to do my own research) Set up is easy tho there is a ton and I mean a TON of features to this thing. More than I've ever seen on any iPhone or Samsung device. Super personalizable. It's going to take a while to go through all of them. I work for a Geek Squad so setting up phones is in my daily routine. It was also the correct color as some reviews stated they received the wrong color. I definitely have to get used to the new keyboard and I type a little funny now. But that's common with adjusting to a new phone. As well as not being used to the notification noises so I'm slower to respond. No fault of the phone either. As someone who hates both iPhone and Samsung having owned both and worked on both. I'm hoping this will be an amazing change for me as I've read and observed. We VERY RARELY ever get Google Pixels at Geek Squad to fix or look at and that should say something in itself on these devices. Device does get warm. (As any device does) But not blazing hot like most Samsungs and sometimes older iPhones. I've had the screen on for a long period of time to test this. And had multiple apps open. Device also has a built in Diagnostics system similar to the one we have at work. It is located in your settings. Mine failed zero diagnostics and is in perfect condition. Both cosmetically and in hardware. So far the battery is an absolute TANK. It is a little slow to charge. But that charge lasts hours. Easter was busy today. So setting up took time. That 20% battery has lasted 3 hours for me so far and it's barely budged. Over all review so far is absolutely perfect. I will update as time goes on! I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The phone was advertised and sold as unlocked, but when it arrived it was still locked to AT&T and could not be used with another carrier. I spent days trying to solve the problem and contacted the seller multiple times. Despite having plenty of time to help, they never provided the actual solution. Instead, they suggested returning the phone, even after knowing it was already outside the United States. In the end, I solved the problem myself by calling AT&T customer service directly. They were able to unlock the phone in just one call, and now it works perfectly in Cuba with a Cubacel (ETECSA) SIM card. This issue could have been resolved from the beginning if the seller had properly assisted me or verified that the phone was truly unlocked before selling it. I paid for an unlocked phone and did not receive one. I cannot recommend buying from this seller based on my experience. ... show more

Got it at a good price. Beautiful aesthetic and color. It's refurnished phone but looks brand new: no chips or scratches. I like that it has Google's last physical sim card tray. The battey life is really good---especially coming from a Pixel 7. AI capabilities are excellent. Phone is fast and responsive. Noticed it was warmer that most phones while charging, but doesn't seem to be an big issue now. Face lock isn't consistent, but it's fine as long as I can use a fingerprint or password. So far have been very happy with this. So tired of the cell phone companies' dishonest practices--like telling you you're getting a "deal" on a new phone but in order to get the "deal" you have to pay it off over several years (if you try to pay it off early you have to pay the original FULL price), so they lock you into a contract with them until the phone is paid off. Ridiculous. This phone was easy to setup--just switched the SIM card from the old phone to the new (Verizon customer, so this DID work with Verizon), turn on the new phone, and it will transfer all your apps, data, etc. from the old phone automatically. Very little effort involved! It is too bad they haven't learned how to make a smaller phone with better storage and battery life (and camera), this is definitely bigger than my old Pixel. But works great and with a nice case will be durable I think. ... show more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT buy from YY Wireless if you want a functional device that lasts past the warranty... They WILL take your money and provide a device that quits working within 96 days. They refuse to resolve the issue or replace the device. They charged me over $400 and sent a Pixel 9 with a debilitating hardware issue. The Pixel was not dropped, nor did it get wet. A bright blue line just appeared on the screen that wouldn't go away and caused the screen to stop working and go black. ** YY Wireless responded that they would not resolve the issue despite the phone ONLY lasting approximately 96 days. Do not waste your money buying a refurbished phone from YY Wireless. They are a dishonerable seller, charging hundreds of dollars for products that barely last 90 days. Upon contacting Google, I was told it is a hardware issue that causes the display to go black and stop working permanently. Google estimated the repair cost between $300 and $375 to replace the hardware, if that is the only problem. ... show more
