So far have been very happy with this. So tired of the cell phone companies' dishonest practices--like telling you you're getting a "deal" on a new phone but in order to get the "deal" you have to pay it off over several years (if you try to pay it off early you have to pay the original FULL price), so they lock you into a contract with them until the phone is paid off. Ridiculous. This phone was easy to setup--just switched the SIM card from the old phone to the new (Verizon customer, so this DID work with Verizon), turn on the new phone, and it will transfer all your apps, data, etc. from the old phone automatically. Very little effort involved! It is too bad they haven't learned how to make a smaller phone with better storage and battery life (and camera), this is definitely bigger than my old Pixel. But works great and with a nice case will be durable I think. ... show more

The phone I received was not unlocked. Went into my cell phone provider and they were not able to activate the phone. I noticed the phone said to enter an Xfinity pin. I then went to the local Xfinity store to have it unlocked. They were not able to unlock it either call Xfinity customer service, they stated they sent this case to there tech department to unlock. This was by far the best refurbished I've ever bought. Looks almost like new, has some barely noticeable scratches because of the previous owner who did not clean their phone case. Tho it's still pretty awesome. Battery is as good as new

Fantastic, I have no regrets purchasing this phone. I still use my IPhone 13 which I use as a main phone. But the Google Pixel 9 seems more impressive by the way it performs. I’ve hit a cross roads on which one I should use the most. Get the Google Pixel 9 if you don’t have an IPhone or if you prefer an android phone over an iPhone.
