Seller states it is GLOBAL unlocked. It is not. It is carrier unlocked which will work on any carrier but never unable to unlock bootloader since it originally came from Verizon. .. And I wanted carrier unlocked for use with tmobile as well as being able to unlock bootloader and root. I will be sending device back ASAP.. My Pixel 8Pro screen went bad for the third time so had no choice to upgrade. I tried to wait for the 10 but had no choice. Was nervous about the return but phone looks and works perfectly. No problem activating the esim with T-Mobile. Four stars because shipper just threw the phone in a small cellphone box leaving it unsecure or protected in the box then simply took that box and shipped in a plastic unpadded envelope. I like the pixel features, but the phone quality is bad. This is the 2nd one I have bought in past 4 months. First one lasted about 6 weeks before it started to crater. 2nd one never worked from the git go.
