    • First impression was great, but device was ultimately unusable.
The package arrived undamaged and on-time. When I unpacked the phone, it looked new (unused) with no scratches on the display or body. I was thrilled with the condition of the phone itself. When I first booted the phone up, it went right to setup mode and I was able to transfer all of my files, contact lists, apps, etc. without any problem. It was VERY simple to complete setup, including moving my SIM card over to this phone. Unfortunately, about 30 minutes after completing setup, the phone performed an un-commanded factory reset and lost my information. In it's place was a corporate phone image including common apps and security warnings for the company that previously owned the device. I tried multiple times to factory reset and complete a new setup with my accounts without success. I, therefore, had to return the device. Internet searches indicated that this problem, though not very common, was not exactly uncommon either. My online research indicated that this device most likely should not have been included in the "refresh" program pool of devices, or was not properly reset. Kudos to the vendor, YY, as they handled my return promptly and efficiently processed my refund. It's a shame the device wasn't usable, as it was a really great phone that I would not want to splurge for at new phone prices. ... show more

I've been a long time Samsung Galaxy user and after some issues with newer models decided to switch to Google pixel. I just set it up and am already in love with it! Amazing features and all around a great phone. If you want a personal assistant rolled into a phone this phone is sure to exceed expectations. Battery seems good so far, camera is great and the features are worth the price. Would absolutely buy another model in the future! ... show more

I've made an error in a review I posted. I've bought two other phones from Amazon in the past that were supposed to be unlocked but we're not. Tried it again....don't know why, but when I turned it on it said, "locked" and stayed on that page for a long time. I assumed again! That screen page stays on too long screaming "locked", but it eventually goes on to connect. There should be a warning. The phone seems in great working order so far. ... show more
