No regrets! This Pixel 9 pro is nearly in pristine condition, aside from a few tiny scratches on the screen that you can only see when the screen is off and you're really looking for them. It was decently packaged, had it's SIM ejector and charging cable, also came with a screen protector applied, but I replaced it with a tempered glass one. Although this is a refurbished phone, it arrived in virtually brand-new, factory-fresh condition. According to the battery information in Settings, it was manufactured on 12/24/2024, first used on 5/8/2025, and currently has just 4 battery charge cycles. Cosmetically, the phone is flawless—I couldn't find a single scratch, nick, or ding anywhere. Functionally, everything works perfectly. I transferred all my apps and settings from my Pixel 8 Pro, and everything has been running smoothly. The only step that required a bit of extra effort was a quick call to T-Mobile to transfer the eSIM, which took about 5 minutes. Since then, I’ve had zero issues with calls, texts, or overall performance. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another refurbished product from this seller. ... show more

This phone is great, for the most part. The pictures are beautiful, it plays games amazingly, does everything you need it to do. Overall, i'd rate it like a 9 out of 10. But there's two issues that hold it back in my own personal experience. When it connects to a new wifi network, it.. doesn't really connect. You have to go into airplane mode, then out, for it to actually grab the Internet. It's like this for all wifi. I come back home? I get no internet because it automatically connected, so I have to double tap airplane mode for me to actually have internet. The pixel 6 pro had a similar problem. My one other issue is that it likes to be janky with my car Bluetooth, no other phone has done this. Constant disconnects and reconnects. This is with a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. Other than these issues, truly, genuinely, great phone. Decent value, not the best I've had, but very nice. ... show more

I had the Google pixel 7 Pro XL prior to this and I feel this model is a big upgrade.
