A small scratch on the glass of the camera between two lens ( renewed excellent that's true ) which is not a problem. Ordered used acceptable, phone had 39 charge cycles and was pretty much spotless. Screen had micro scratches I could only see at certain angles that disappeared completely with a screen protector

Love the phone. You can't tell it's refurbished, and for half the price of buying it online, I feel like this was an amazing deal. The phone itself functions smoothly, and the camera is great. I haven't learned how to use all the AI stuff to my advantage yet, but all of the other features have been great. The only thing I haven't liked so far, is that the Pixel Pro 9XL is picky about charging. I can't use my old Galaxy wall plugs. Bought a nice 65w that costs less than Google's, and that worked out well. Not all C to C chords work for this phone. The one it came with is fine, but short, and I didn't like having only one chord that works well, so I had to try a couple. If you don't know what you're looking for, it can be a bit of hot and miss to find what works. ... show more

5 Stars because it arrived in Good condition, as advertised. A couple small scratches on the glass, but not enough for me to return it. Its a solid device and was cleared and ready to go. I popped in my Verizon sim and it worked right out of the box. Thanks!

Basically got a new phone. Won't speak to pixel phones as I assume if you are here you have gotten this information from elsewhere. But the phone came fast looking like new, I was even able to use the one year trial of Google pro. For a refurbished phone this is a 10/10. 500 dollars cheaper than brand new. Came with a better cable that google would have given me. The only thing i noticed is an almost microscopic scratch on the camera body.
