My Pixel 8Pro screen went bad for the third time so had no choice to upgrade. I tried to wait for the 10 but had no choice. Was nervous about the return but phone looks and works perfectly. No problem activating the esim with T-Mobile. Four stars because shipper just threw the phone in a small cellphone box leaving it unsecure or protected in the box then simply took that box and shipped in a plastic unpadded envelope. The phone came in perfect condition and was unlocked. I absolutely love this Pixel 9 Pro XL. I was a little hesitant being a faithful Samsung user, but I don't regret the switch and I am now a Pixel fan.

I like the pixel features, but the phone quality is bad. This is the 2nd one I have bought in past 4 months. First one lasted about 6 weeks before it started to crater. 2nd one never worked from the git go.

Phone arrived in almost new condition. I couldn't find any scratches anywhere. The product title did say that it comes with a fast charger but like others have stated it doesn't come with the phone, I got just a USB c to USB c cable. I am a huge Pixel fan and has been my go to phone since the Pixel 3. One of the biggest reasons is the camera and the call screening for the spam calls. I was waiting for the Pixel 10 but ended up dropping my Pixel 8 Pro and damaging the screen. So far the Pixel 9 Pro XL has been worth the upgrade. Also, I did get the ability to get Gemini Advanced for free for a year even though this is a refurbished phone. Good luck! ... show more
