The phone arrived in great condition not scratches doesn't seem to be much wear. However two things. One: the packaging was okay. It came wrapped in foam sheet inside a cardboard box. Luckily nothing bad happened but it doesn't really look to secure. Two: The speaker and charging area are dirty with dust. I understand that this is a refurbished phone and I'm still happy with it either way but I would have hoped that it would be cleaner/and or cleaned. Otherwise the product seems fine as of writing this I haven't started to use it yet. ... show more
