Amazon Renewed Phones are the way to go. During the last fifteen years or so I have never purchased a brand new cell phone. My last cell phone before this was a Pixel 6a when there was already a Pixel 8. The 6a still works perfectly, however, I needed one with a better camera and memory. So, the 10 came out. I decided to get a 9 Pro with 250 G. at half price of what a brand new 10 would have been. From what I understand there's hardly a difference between the 10 and 9. It came well packaged and not a single blemish. I had it working in minutes. So, perhaps down the road I will get Pixel 11 as soon as the pixel 12 comes out. Couldn't ask for a better deal on this phone. Ordered in condition"good" and only minor flaw is covered by case. Screen is immaculate. Battery is better than advertised. Would recommend this seller 100x over.

Phone works great, but the condition was not "Refubished - Excellent" as advertised -- there are blemishes and one deep divot in the camera bar -- all are visible from 12 inches away. I would say the phone I received was only "Refurbished - Good" condition.

The Pixel 10 Pro I received was locked on Verizon for esims. Seller told me it should work with an physical sim. Haven't tested that yet but I will shortly. I think that might be very well correct because an AT&T sim card was installed in the sim slot when I received it. Don't think the phone had been fully renewed, inspected etc, since there was that AT&T sim card installed when received but I was able to remove the expired AT&T sim card with out an issue. The Pixel 9 Pro I received looked amazing! I would say it was in "Excellent" condition like I ordered, no visible scratches, damage or dings etc. Absolutely clean with a charger and a USB C cord, not the original ,i don't think. The battery had 128 charges and from what I understand it should be able to do 1000 charges. However the phone was unusable for me, since I only had an e-sim. Using the menu: Settings -> Network -> SIMs -> Add SIM, etc. It displayed a contact Verizon screen. See the screen shot attached. I contacted Prime Cellulations and they got back to me within 1/2 a day and assured me it was indeed unlocked. Solution is to add the esim using a QR code using Google Lens not through the menu. Scan the QR Code provided by the carrier and then while scanning select the button circled in red shown in the attached image in the upper right corner. (See attached 2nd screenshot) It immediately installed with out an issue by passing the Verizon block through the menu. I don't think this is the fault of Prime Celluations but rather an issue or bug with the Google \ Verizon collaboration. I wasn't sure about buying renewed, but it was a good experience. Maybe a slight hairline scratch on the screen, but I only noticed it when I was specifically looking and haven't noticed in the week since. I've already scuffed up the phone more than what it already was. Great way to save a buck. I like the phone itself too. I'm coming from Samsung so there are some behaviors that I'm not used to or are missing, but I'm getting used to them. I really like the telephoto camera, I've already used it a lot this first week. It's why I switched; this or the Pixel 10 were the only good options that were small and had a good optical zoom telephoto. ... show more
