I was worried when buying a used phone. Especially after I read some reviews. But when I got the phone I'm really glad I did. The phone was unlocked, no issues with that. Screen quality is good, the folding part I have to get used to though, because it's different than just regular glass type. Also the battery health is at 100%. Came in great condition. Just a very minute scratch on the hinge. Hardly noticeable. Everything else was in good condition. Came with 100% battery capacity. No scratches on touter or inner screen.

This review is more for the company that refurbed it than the phone itself. I loved the phone itself and am heartbroken that I'm having to return it. BidAllies listed this as being in excellent condition. Which yes, the exterior was in excellent condition, however, the phone itself had a myriad of issues right out of the delivery box: The battery would periodically indicate that it was undetectable After getting everything updated and attempting to restart the device, the device would not turn on no matter what. After giving the phone some time charging, it eventually turned back on, but now the front screen was unresponsive to touch input, and the SIM card could not longer be detected. If this company is making it's money from refurbishing phones, this was a HORRIBLE showcase of what "Excellent" condition means to them. The phone itself was incredibly comfortable, played Destiny Rising smoother than any mobile device I have, scaled the game to the inside screen flawlessly, and the OLED panels were beautiful. I loved the phone. It was a productivity dream. It took some getting used to and caused some wrist issues because of the weight and width. Ended up getting steroid shots. I had to lean on accessories like straps and styluses and generally try not to hold it for long periods of time. There were some annoyances with if you change the aspect ratio while in an app it basically restarts the app so you'll lose your place if playing a game. But in spite of that I liked it. However, my major issue and warning is that there are a batch of fold 9s that are defective related to the battery not being readable by the motherboard. It will eventually brick. Which just happened to me. So check your IMEI immediately upon receiving to find out if it's from the bad batch. The Google site provides instructions on what to do but you might still get pushback. ... show more

I love this phone—it works great with no real problems most of the time. I use it every day, and for the most part, there are no issues. Occasionally it has frozen, requiring me to hold down and restart to get it working again, but that’s rare.

Outstanding condition! Wanted to try out a fold phone without the high end cost. This one showed up in perfect condition. Zero signs of any wear. The battery life has also been surprisingly long with all the initial use. Very happy with the purchase.
