    • UNLOCKED NOW doesn't mean the same 4 months later. Beware of an unpaid phone scams.
By getting "a deal" I ended up with a locked phone. Everything started well - phone had a big scratch on the screen but for the price I couldn't complain. After the return period expired the phone started having problems with adding anything but Verizon service. When I try downloading another eSIM I would get a message to call Verizon. I did so and they said the phone was not locked but my experience was otherwise - especially as the phone worked with AT&T sims without any issues in the beginning. I suspect the phone was not paid for and still on a contract and hence the carrier lock once accounting has caught up with it. At least I can still use it with Verizon and their MVNOs but I felt cheated by inscrupulous seller. From now on I will not recommend buying a used phone even if it checks out as "clean" because phone companies can put a block on your phone retroactively and usually you will be outside of return window. ... show more

It works and looks great. Customer service was great. When transferring stuff from your old phone some Old apps can cause the screen to glitch out. So don't mass install everything at once if the phone is like over 3 years old. Just pick the essential things and install the others from the play store later ... show more

The Pixel 10 Pro I received was locked on Verizon for esims. Seller told me it should work with an physical sim. Haven't tested that yet but I will shortly. I think that might be very well correct because an AT&T sim card was installed in the sim slot when I received it. Don't think the phone had been fully renewed, inspected etc, since there was that AT&T sim card installed when received but I was able to remove the expired AT&T sim card with out an issue. The Pixel 9 Pro I received looked amazing! I would say it was in "Excellent" condition like I ordered, no visible scratches, damage or dings etc. Absolutely clean with a charger and a USB C cord, not the original ,i don't think. The battery had 128 charges and from what I understand it should be able to do 1000 charges. However the phone was unusable for me, since I only had an e-sim. Using the menu: Settings -> Network -> SIMs -> Add SIM, etc. It displayed a contact Verizon screen. See the screen shot attached. I contacted Prime Cellulations and they got back to me within 1/2 a day and assured me it was indeed unlocked. Solution is to add the esim using a QR code using Google Lens not through the menu. Scan the QR Code provided by the carrier and then while scanning select the button circled in red shown in the attached image in the upper right corner. (See attached 2nd screenshot) It immediately installed with out an issue by passing the Verizon block through the menu. I don't think this is the fault of Prime Celluations but rather an issue or bug with the Google \ Verizon collaboration. Visible chipping and scratches (appears silver) of the exterior around the bottom ports and edges, but otherwise phone seems to function well including camera, speakers and calling. With a good case can't tell the difference. Battery capacity listed in Settings as 97%. IMPORTANT: although the Amazon listing may advertise the lowest cost Renewed phone, that product may be listed as "Good" condition which may pose a risk. Make sure you check the condition and seller reviews! I bought mine Excellent condition from Prime Cellutions for slightly higher than the lowest price and there were no problems with locked carriers like I see on other reviews here. ... show more

Great choice. I'm so happy I got this deal 😭 I got the Pixel 9 Pro refurbished in excellent conditions. Camara is great! There were barely visible signs of wear, had to look up close to notice. Nothing a phone case can't fix anyway. Phone came unlocked. Came 1 day later but it's fine. Overall a great phone. There were a few scratches on the glass and metal case but otherwise in decent condition. Screen scratches very easily is the only bad thing.
