Have no complaints, phone works very well. Battery life is kind of better than my google pixel 6, storage capacity is the same. Setup with the phone was easy and simple. Phone has a good refresh rate of 120Hz. Screen size however is smaller than my 6 but quality of the screen is better. The reason I upgraded to this phone from my pixel 6 is because security updates for the 6 (not the pro) ends sometime next year, so I decided to upgrade to this phone. Security updates will last in till 2031, couldn't be happier with my purchase. ... show more

    • It's not unlocked, I was network locked by Verizon

The phone is locked by Verizon, just by the moment I put my sim card it shows it was a no valid SIM card. The phone was in perfect conditions though but it is useless if you can't use as a phone. I had to return it and there was no problem with the return process except for the waste of time.

I love the Pixel 9 Pro now, unfortunately it took me a while to get one that worked. The phone I received was defective. I had to ordered a second phone from Best buy. On a positive note, the seller was quick to issue a return and a credit.

Marking this as a five star due to the excellent customer service from the seller. If you are looking for an OEM Unlocked phone this particular listing (ASIN) is NOT the one you want. This phone is carrier unlocked which means it can be transferred to another carrier but it cannot be OEM Unlocked.

    • Great phone, great cameras. Terrible performance.
I love this phone a lot. The cameras are amazing - so much so that I use them with MotionCam Pro as my professional camera rig. It's also small which I love and it's very hard to find that these days. However, the single biggest drawback for me is the performance. It's very slow. It's not especially noticable for people who use their phone for phone things although you will notice apps run slow sometimes or other glitches, but try anything beyond that and it's a pain. Video encoding, emulating games, everything like that sucks and it's a shame. It gets very very hot too which I'm very worried about for battery health. I love this phone a lot but it's very hard to recommend to most people. On the bright side the fingerprint reader is amazing and very fast, and very much preferred over face recognition in most scenarios. ... show more
