Phone is in fantastic condition - no visible signs of use at all, and everything works perfectly. Hard to believe this was $400 cheaper than a "brand new" one, considering this phone is just like brand new. You can get a Pixel 9 Pro for cheaper than a Pixel 9 - what's not to love? Marking this as a five star due to the excellent customer service from the seller. If you are looking for an OEM Unlocked phone this particular listing (ASIN) is NOT the one you want. This phone is carrier unlocked which means it can be transferred to another carrier but it cannot be OEM Unlocked.

The phone is locked by Verizon, just by the moment I put my sim card it shows it was a no valid SIM card. The phone was in perfect conditions though but it is useless if you can't use as a phone. I had to return it and there was no problem with the return process except for the waste of time.

Have no complaints, phone works very well. Battery life is kind of better than my google pixel 6, storage capacity is the same. Setup with the phone was easy and simple. Phone has a good refresh rate of 120Hz. Screen size however is smaller than my 6 but quality of the screen is better. The reason I upgraded to this phone from my pixel 6 is because security updates for the 6 (not the pro) ends sometime next year, so I decided to upgrade to this phone. Security updates will last in till 2031, couldn't be happier with my purchase. ... show more

I love the Pixel 9 Pro now, unfortunately it took me a while to get one that worked. The phone I received was defective. I had to ordered a second phone from Best buy. On a positive note, the seller was quick to issue a return and a credit.
