A few reviews mention the fact that the unit was not network unlocked when received. So I wrote to the seller asking about this and he responded very promptly and told me to make sure the phone would be used in U.S. I ordered Thursday night and received it on Monday. Phisically the unit was very good, not a scratch on the screen, just a few dings on the corner and the camera bump , usually I have got those kinds of dings on other phones, even when using cases, which is not a biggie for me. It came without the original charger and cable. The package included a new Samsung travel charger, 3ft USB cable and sim tool, personally don't mind either. To the important stuff, the phone was factory erased, worked perfectly with my SIM card, charges wirelessly with no issues, USB port is perfect, all buttons respond with no issues. No dead pixels. Use will tell about battery life. Bluetooth, Wifi, Camera, face unlock, fingerprint scanner, speakers, all perfect. Overall well worth the asking price. ... show more

Phone worked fine until I tried to change the number on it. Then it was locked. Both the lock carrier and the current provider have referred me back to the origin of sale being the culprit. like the condition is close to brand new. Dislike - the charging adapter is not to the spec, it was supposed to be 30W USB-C adapter, not USB to USB-C rated at a pathetic 5V-2.4A. I wouldn't mind it being not original but charging with this bundled adapter takes for...ever.

The only thing is that it wasn’t factory reset; it started normally with no info, so maybe they were just checking if the phone was unlocked. The unit I received looked brand-new! Works perfectly. I would like to note that Google's choice of default wallpaper leaves a lot to be desired (it makes the display look broken); not something you want to see on the initial startup of any device, let alone a "used" phone.
