The phone arrived in perfect condition, it's working perfectly for now, I would definitely buy it again. I had no issues getting the data back from my old Pixel, I give it a 10/10. I would buy it again. Works well.

It’s refurbished and unlocked as promised, but i am looking for a reliable android mobile as my secondary phone. It was amazing, no heat issues, best size for my hands, my primary phone was 6.9 inch, this suits perfect for me as my secondary device and the condition of the phone is absolutely great. Exactly what the headline reads. Phone arrived, looked fine, turned on fine. Not unlocked. Reached out to customer service; they said it's definitely unlocked and maybe my SIM card is too old and therefore that is the issue. My husband tried his SIM card (which is much newer than mine), with same issue. He called the carrier listed on the phone (?) and they said yep it definitely is locked. On the plus side, when I told customer service this they were like oh that's fine, just return it. So I did (and got my refund promptly). ... show more

Though advertised as unlocked, the phone arrived with OEM unlocking disabled and when I checked the eSIM, it prompted me to input one from Xfinity Mobile. Aside from that the phone was in fine condition, but still ultimately a waste of time and was returned.
