The phone I bought was "Google Pixel 7 Pro 5G, 512GB, Obsidian - Unlocked (Renewed)" in "Used - Good" condition. As promised, the device in that condition may have cosmetic defects on the phone body, but not on the screen or camera. True. The condition was indeed good, as expected. The phone arrived with a 25W super-fast charger. Great! It had Android 16 and recently successfully upgraded to Android 17. As for the phone itself, I like it. It stuffed with great features, and is fast. I chose it because of 5x optical zoom, which other similar models miss. The only drawback maybe that it's a bit bulky and massive. Another kind of disappointing thing was the camera resolution. Specs say 50MP, however pixels are combined by four, resulting in 12.5MP. Still the quality of images is pretty good (I am comparing to the LG v40 I had). ... show more

Pretty ironic that only a Google phone can be totally deGoogled. Ha. My Pixel 7 Pro arrived fast, in excellent condition and completely unlocked. I was able to install GrapheneOS without a hitch and it works great. I've been wanting one of these for a while. Now, I'm almost totally degoogled. If you're getting one of these to run GraphenOS, do it. It feels so freeing and you can do everything and more that you could on any other normie phone. Graphene comes with the option to run Google Play sandboxed, so you can still run pretty much any app and get push notifications without needing a Google account or giving it hardly any permissions. I get nearly everything I need on F-Droid though. The camera really is awesome. The camera app that comes with GrapheneOS works great, but the only Google app I use is their Pixel camera app that I downloaded through Aurora store because it has some really neat timelapse and night features that can take full advantage of the camera. It took a few tries reconnecting on Aurora to allow me to load it, but eventually it connected through a Russian server and works perfect. It's all in English and the same version, it just installed through a different server since apparently they do some type of check and only allow the camera app to be downloaded on Pixel phones. Be sure to update the phone several times before installing GrapheneOS. It had Android 13 when I received it, but after running all the updates, its up to version 15 now. Battery life has been excellent, so far. I think a large part of that is just because it doesn't have Google constantly running stuff in the background. This is the best phone and OS I've ever had. It does suck that there's no SD card slot or headphone jack, but with how cheap storage is and how simple it is to transfer stuff, its not really a big deal. The 5x optical zoom camera makes up for it. The only complaint I have is it showed a charging brick in the description photos and when I asked if it was included, the automatic AI thing told me it was. I did not receive a charging brick, any accessories or literature, only a cheap 2.0 USB-A to USB-C cable not good for transferring data. 0/10 would not recommend. Received the phone in decent condition, it had a few scratches on the screen, and marks on the camera housing, but was overall reasonable considering i selected "Excellent." My first issue was the battery life, it was about 4 hours of screen time at medium brightness, and less on high brightness. it would drain itself really fast when not on, and even without a bunch of background apps. The charging port was loose from the start, and recently even new cables won't stay in, and it doesn't work for data transfer. It frequently overheats and shuts down, and can even shut down when it's too cold. This should never happen from normal use. Just recently, the phone developed a black splotch and some lines on the bottom of the screen, and was getting false inputs. The phone is in a strong case, and has a screen protector, it isn't damaged or cracked anywhere, but this happened. The splotch of black has grown, and now the screen is unusable. Customer service won't do anything about it, and it costs more to repair than replace. I wouldn't buy again and wouldn't recommend you do either! I have never had a phone this bad, even my $100 motorola has been better ... show more

The Pixel 7 Pro may be a little outdated at the time of writing, but it's still a great phone. I've always really liked the Pixel line, and this phone is no exception. It runs well, feels premium, and gives me the Pixel experience I enjoy. I don't really have any complaints with it. I bought the phone and it is in good condition. It was very dusty and was not factory reset for some reason. The finger recognition is awesome and it works really well. It is easy to grip, yet I noticed that my hands get very slippery and sweaty, so it kind of falls out of my hands without a case. The size is perfect for my hands; I can reach my thumb across all sides. The appearance is super sleek and I love it. It is super easy to use and learn, and the camera quality is really perfect. The only downside that I am seeing is the battery usage. When I got it, the battery was near the end of its lifespan because I got a notification saying so, which is a real bummer. There is also a very tiny crack on the bottom of the screen. You cannot see it while the screen is on; you can only see it when the screen is off and you look at a very specific angle. ... show more

Buying a renewed product is a hit-or-miss in my experience, but this was by far the best experience I have had with purchasing a renewed product. This phone goes for roughly $900 in my area, and buying a refurbished version of this phone saved me around $500. So far, I have had a positive experience using this as a daily driver. This phone did not ship in an OEM enclosure, which I expected. I did, however, expect a charging block, which did not come with my phone. No big deal, though, because they did ship a data-capable USB-C cord with my phone. The phone was wrapped with multiple layers of bubble wrap and was padded with paper. Everything has worked properly from what I used, all the way from the fingerprint sensor to the NFC reader. There was a smudge on the screen when I opened the package, but I was able to buff it out with a microfiber cloth. No visible scratches exist on the screen or outside of the phone. Other than that, this is a solid phone to have. It has already beat my old iPhone 12 Pro in regards to hardware and battery life, and I will not be looking back at Apple products anymore. The phone is fast, responsive, and a great size for someone with relatively big hands. One great feature that made this phone stand out compared to other phones like Samsung is that the bootloader is easily unlockable, allowing me to flash a custom ROm and root my phone which gives me unrestricted control over the operating system. ... show more
