The phone was as described - in excellent condition, looks, battery & function (it was unlocked too). I would recommend this. The screen had been replaced on the phone which means it had zero scratches or marks. My only issue was the one side of the screen wasn't flush with the frame so the silicone seal can be felt with the finger. It's so minor it wasn't worth returning - I solved this by using a protective case which hides the edge of the screen, so no worries anymore. Phone arrived as promised. Great physical condition without scratches and appears to be working well. It came with an off-brand charger, which is perfectly fine given the great price. Phone arrived in a generic box with a generic charger and cable. The phone had some scratches, so it was not as described "like new", but nothing too significant or worth sending it back for. Was easy to setup and everything worked well after updating the operating system and security patches. I am very happy with the condition and price of this phone. It arrived in excellent condition and I have no idea why it was returned (that is a good thing). Everything works as expected and the battery last for over a day. I will buy from The Amazon Renewed Store again.

The media could not be loaded. I'm usually happy to compromise for a year or so old model and save a couple hundred dollars rather than get the newest thing. Unfortunately, I tried to get this pixel 7 pro refurbished two purchases. The first one the fingerprint scanner on the screen did not work. Tried support with Google and while they were helfpul as usual, my issue could not be resolved so I returned it. I purchased this same pixel 7 pro product again from this vendor, and this one csme with the edge/corner all scratched up and coming apart from the phone itself. See video. Truly disappointing. I tried and ended up wasting months of my time, while suffering with my current phone pixel 6 pro on its last legs. Could not be more disappointed by a near 5 star reviewed product. Just know you are always taking a chance. Ended up buying a new pixel 8 pro from Google. Done with this. ... show more
