After the 3-month warranty expired, my phone started experiencing strange malfunctions. Not only in the software but also in the hardware. The phone gradually started working slowly, and as the days went by, it got worse. Around the fourth or fifth month the power and volume buttons started coming loose. I understand that the phone might slow down for some reason, but for those buttons to actually fall off is hard to believe. I called Amazon to see if there was a solution and they told me they couldn't help me because a third-party store called Networkstore sold it to me. I told the store about my problem and they repeatedly refused to help me, simply telling me there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired.My phone has no dents or scratches. I was so excited when I ordered this phone and was so disappointed after receiving it. I don't know if it's the model or the company but the keyboard is screwy. It doesn't type half of what I say when I use the microphone and when I type stuff in and never gets it right it was chipped when I got it out of the box but to exchange it I had to send this one back and I couldn't be without one so I kept it. After shattering the screen on my current pixel 7 pro and the insurance of course did not cover it 😲 I shopped around and found this on Amazon at a great price, lower than my carrier wanted to repair mine. I like the phone the pro has a great camera. Good overall purchase.
