Phone works great! It connected to my carrier (Spectrum) easily. The instructions were clear and setup was easy. I was replacing a broken phone of the exact same make and model and it works like it should. This phone worked fine for 3 months. At the fourth month the phone started to malfunction! The warranty ends at month 3 so could not return. Have to go buy a new phone now! What a bummer! I do not suggest purchasing...

As advertised, 24 hour battery easily, I can definitely get through a day and half without charging. Coming from a note 20 5g this battery is way better. Then what's better than Google stock android experience, the features and camera all make this such a great buy for the price.     • Deceitful trade-in and poor quality phone
I submitted for a trade in of a Samsung note 20. Was estimated to get $250 for it... The phone was in perfect condition with the exception of some minor scraping around the edges from the phone case. I sent it back in the exact packaging they sent me the Pixel in. When they received it I was given only $120 for the trade-in to which they claimed the screen was cracked. The Pixel phone itself is okay but it doesn't hold a charge and overheats constantly. I tried to go through the return process but it wouldn't let me, and at this point I'm glad as I don't feel confident that they'd be honest about the condition of the phone upon receiving it. ... show more

Good phone, but you would think it would work the same way as a Samsung Galaxy. It's not significantly different, but just enough to be annoying!
